But yesterday my wife and I eat shabu shabu at shabu shabu buffet restaurant for lunch. Dinner we eat simple food, she cooks noodles. So yesterday my wife didn't bring the wax gourd cook.

✍️ Today we have no errands outside the home to do or go anywhere. So the wife had time to cook lunch for us. Today she cooked wax gourd. The food she cooked for our lunch was wax gourd curry with chicken, chicken offal and vermicelli.

The first step, stir-fry the curry paste until cooked and fragrant. After that, put the chicken and offal into the pot, stir-fry with the curry paste until the chicken and offal are cooked.

Next step put water in the pot and boil until the water boils, after the water boils put the sliced ​​wax gourd in the pot and continue to cook until the wax gourd is cooked.

The last step, after the wax gourd is cooked, put the vermicelli in the pot to boil for a while, turn off the gas stove, and this menu is done.
