Hola queridos amigos de hive, espero se encuentren súper bien el día de hoy. Hoy les vengo a enseñar uno de los platos que hice en Gastronomia, en esta oportunidad nos tocaba comida sendos países (Georgia e Israel) pero yo deixis hacer un plato de Israel. Elegí hacer Shakshuka, este es un plato bastante común allá y lo comen básicamente en cualquier hora del día. Consta de hacer un salteado de vegetales tales como, pimentón, tomate, cebolla y diferentes especies como: pimienta, tomillo, laurel y comido. La comida es bastante sazonada.

Para finalizar este plato se puede servir tanto en un sartén como en una taza pequeña que se pueda meter al horno porque es allí en donde se le coloca el huevo y se termina de cocer. Este plato se acompaña con pan pita tostado, la verdad es una deliciosa receta y muy fácil de hacer en casa.

Hello dear hive friends, I hope you are doing well today. Today I come to show you one of the dishes I made in Gastronomia, this time we had food from different countries (Georgia and Israel) but I wanted to make a dish from Israel. I chose to make Shakshuka, this is a fairly common dish there and they eat it basically any time of the day. It consists of making a sauté of vegetables such as paprika, tomato, onion and different species such as: pepper, thyme, bay leaf and eaten. The food is quite seasoned.

To finish this dish, it can be served either in a frying pan or in a small cup that can be put in the oven because that is where the egg is placed and it finishes cooking. This dish is accompanied with toasted pita bread, the truth is that it is a delicious recipe and very easy to make at home.
