(ENG-ESP) Delicious spaghetti with spinach cream and bolognese sauce
Good evening friends, I hope you had a great Sunday.... This time I will share with you a VERY tasty and delicious recipe, I will explain how to prepare a delicious "spaghetti with spinach cream and bolognese sauce". The combination of these 2 flavors gives a really spectacular result!
Buenas noches amigos, espero que hayan pasado un domingo genial... En ésta ocasión compartiré con ustedes una receta MUY sabrosa y deliciosa, les voy a explicar como preparar unos exquisitos "espaguetis con crema de espinaca y salsa boloñesa". La combinación de éstos 2 sabores dan un resultado realmente espectacular!
- To make this recipe I usually fry the ground beef first, until it changes color, approximately 15 minutes. Then add 1 onion cut into "small" cubes (season with salt and pepper).
- Para realizar ésta receta suelo sofreír primero la carne molida, hasta que cambie de color, aproximadamente 15 minutos. Luego agregamos 1 cebolla cortada en cubos "pequeños" (salpimentamos).
- Add turmeric and garlic powder...
- Añadimos cúrcuma y ajo en polvo...
- Incorporate 2 ripe tomatoes (remove the seeds).
- Incorporamos 2 tomates maduros (extraemos las semillas).
- We integrate mustard and soy sauce... This time we are NOT going to add water, we cook at "medium-low" heat, stirring from time to time to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
- Integramos mostaza y salsa de soja... En ésta ocasión NO vamos a colocar agua, cocinamos a fuego "medio-bajo", mezclando de vez en cuando para evitar que se pegue en el fondo.

- Me encanta el contraste que aportan las hojas de cilantro!
- Incorporate the ground beef into a bowl, add fried tomato (mix well).
- Incorporamos la carne molida a un bowl, agregamos tomate frito (mezclamos bien).
- To make our appetizing spinach cream: add 1/2 liter of milk along with spinach leaves (finely chopped), salt to taste, a touch of nutmeg, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 1 teaspoon of butter. Cook until a VERY creamy texture is obtained.
- Para realizar nuestra apetitosa crema de espinaca: colocamos 1/2 litro de leche junto con hojas de espinacas (finamente cortadas), sal al gusto, un toque de nuez moscada, 1 cucharada de fécula de maíz y 1 cucharadita de mantequilla. Cocinamos hasta conseguir un textura MUY cremosa.
- Our spaghetti is ready, we proceed to strain... We add abundantly and generously our bolognese sauce, we place around the spinach cream... Our dish is ready to enjoy!
- Nuestros espaguetis están listos, procedemos a colar... Incorporamos de forma abundante y generosa nuestra salsa boloñesa, colocamos alrededor la crema de espinaca... Nuestro platillo estará listo para disfrutar!
