I show you how to prepare an exquisite lasagna with ground beef / ENG-ESP

Good evening friends, I hope you had an unforgettable Saturday.... After several days absent due to medical errands, I am back again sharing with you exquisite recipes. Today, I will explain to you "step by step" how to prepare a delicious "lasagna with ground beef", I hope you enjoy the process and enjoy it with your family... Let's put on the apron!
Buenas noches amigos, espero que hayan pasado un sábado inolvidable... Después de varios días ausente por diligencias médicas, regreso nuevamente compartiendo con ustedes exquisitas recetas. Hoy, les explicaré "paso a paso" como preparar una deliciosa "lasaña con carne molida", espero que disfruten el proceso y lo disfruten en familia... Pongámonos el delantal!

- We will start cooking and seasoning our "ground beef", to make this recipe I used 500 gr of lean beef. We sauté in 3 tablespoons of olive oil, season with salt and pepper and add 1 heaped teaspoon of mustard.
- Empezaremos cocinando y aliñando nuestra "carne molida", para realizar ésta receta utilicé 500 gr de carne magra. Sofreímos en 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, salpimentamos y añadimos 1 cucharadita colmada de mostaza.



- We will use 3 onions, 2 bell peppers and 6 cloves of garlic. On this occasion, I will add the ingredients to an electric cutter, you can also cut finely.
- Utilizaremos 3 cebollas, 2 pimentones y 6 dientes de ajo. En ésta ocasión, agregaré los ingredientes a un cortador eléctrico, también pueden cortar finamente.



- Fry the ingredients in the same oil in which we cooked the ground beef, add 500 ml of fried tomato.
- Sofreímos los ingredientes en el mismo aceite donde cocinamos la carne molida, integramos 500 ml de tomate frito.



- When the sauce has acquired a smooth and creamy consistency, add the reserved meat...
- Cuando la salsa haya adquirido una consistencia suave y cremosa, añadimos la carne que teníamos reservada...



- To enjoy a VERY juicy and appetizing meat, I will add MORE fried tomato.
- Para disfrutar de una carne MUY jugosa y apetitosa, colocaré un MÁS tomate frito.

- This is how tasty and succulent it will be!
- Así de sabrosa y suculenta nos quedará!

- Next, we will prepare our delicious béchamel cream, add 1 liter of "whole" milk to a non-stick pan. Mix 2 heaped tablespoons of cornstarch with 1/4 cup of milk. Add seasoned salt and 1 teaspoon of nutmeg. Cook until it acquires the right texture. I suggest adding 1 teaspoon of butter.
- A continuación, prepararemos nuestra deliciosa crema bechamel, añadimos 1 litro de leche "entera" a una olla antiadherente. Mezclamos 2 cucharadas colmadas de "fécula de maíz" con 1/4 de taza de leche. Añadimos sal condimentada y 1 cucharadita de nuez moscada. Cocinamos hasta que adquiera la textura adecuada. Les sugiero incorporar 1 cucharadita de mantequilla.




- We will start by adding a first layer of white cream, place the lasagna sheets and add another layer of cream. This time I used "pre-cooked pastry".
- Empezaremos agregando una primera capa de crema blanca, colocamos nuestras láminas de lasaña y volvemos a incorporar otra capa de crema. En ésta ocasión utilicé "pasta precocida".


- Generously and generously integrate our ground meat... Place ham and mozzarella cheese.
- Integramos de forma abundante y generosa nuestra carne molida... Colocamos jamón y queso mozzarella.




- Repeat the same process until covered with cream and abundant "Parmesan cheese".
- Repetimos el mismo proceso hasta cubrir con crema bechamel y con abundante "queso parmesano".

- Add small touches of butter. Bake at 190º approximately for 35-40 minutes or until it is ready.
- Integramos pequeños toques de mantequilla. Horneamos a 190º aproximadamente durante 35-40 minutos o hasta comprobar que está listo.



- After 40 minutes of cooking, our exquisite dish is ready to enjoy!
- Transcurridos 40 minutos de cocción, nuestro exquisito platillo está listo para disfrutar!
