Hola mi familia y comunidad de Hive Open Mic. Sean bienvenidos a la semana ciento cuarenta y seis de Hive Open Mic. El Tema de esta semana es "La Unión" que significa "La Unión" en Inglés, y este tema fue elegido por @elioe.

The theme of "Union" or Unity brings to our mind the disunity that is apparent in our world today. It reminds us of that which should be, but is lacking in our world today.

Yes, we should be united, we should learn to value our unity and common values, as well as to appreciate our diversity and differences. But, this isn't the case, because many of us focus more on our differences and perform acts that set to divide us more. By doing this, we continue to widen the lacuna that set us apart and we don't give room for any reason to make us united.

El tema de la "Unión" o Unidad nos trae a la mente la desunión patente en nuestro mundo actual. Nos recuerda lo que debería ser, pero que falta en nuestro mundo actual.

Sí, deberíamos estar unidos, deberíamos aprender a valorar nuestra unidad y nuestros valores comunes, así como a apreciar nuestra diversidad y nuestras diferencias. Pero no es así, porque muchos de nosotros nos centramos más en nuestras diferencias y realizamos actos que pretenden dividirnos más. De este modo, seguimos ampliando la laguna que nos separa y no damos cabida a ninguna razón que nos una.

Michael Jackson's HEAL THE WORLD, is indeed a masterpiece that calls us to settle our differences and strive for unity. It calls us to our love, peace and harmony to reign. It encourages us to play our own part to make the world a better place, and if each and every one of us play our individual part, definitely, the world will be a better place For you and me.
