Hello my viewers and all Hivians, Welcome to my Gaming Space where I give detailed analysis of my Splinterlands Battle.
For this week we shall discuss the theme of XENITH ARCHER.
Emmmm, I rarely consider using the Xenith Archer in a battle. Infact, honestly, without this weekly Challenge I won't consider using it.
Howrver, this week's challenge has given me an opportunity to learn more about the Xenith Archer.
Let's get into an in-depth analysis of this Monster and I will share a battle were I used it.
XENITH ARCHER 🏹
Edition: CHAOS LEGION
Rarity: RARE
Element: NEUTRAL
Attack: RANGED
Abilities: none
LORE
The Xenith Scale is devoted to enlightenment, knowledge, and the protection of others. Members among the order practice to remain balanced in all things and believe Mana, too, should remain balanced. It should not be used to cause chaos or disorder, nor should it be used to tip the scales of justice in either direction. The order believes in fate and that everything has its proper place. Fate and destiny are predetermined, and they should not be altered.
Archers adhere to this creed in their everyday life. They often say, an arrow must be perfectly balanced on a bow string to hit its mark. If it sits too far forward or too far back it won't be able to sail through the air.
Like all Xenith warriors, archers would much prefer to find a peaceful solution to a problem or stay out of an altercation altogether. When they are pulled into a fight, they see it as a way to restore balance to a situation.

My battle was against KHOADIEU365 who chose Summoner and Monsters from the Primal Force of Earth, just like I did.
📝 RULES OF THE BATTLE
The rules of the game were:
- Standard Game: which means no changes, modification or addition to the normal playing techniques.
- Mana Cap of 25
- Elements that can be used include all: Water, fire, Earth, light, death and dragon.
MY STRATEGY 🎯 AND LINE-UP ♟
We used the same Summoner and we share 4 similar Monsters.
For my strategy, here are my Summoner and Monsters, and I'll tell you why I chose each Summoner and Monsters.
MY SUMMONER
OBSIDIAN
I chose this Summoner, Obsidian, to give my Monsters 1 magic effect since I intended to use more of magic Monsters. However, it won't be beneficial to the themed Monster of the week.
MEET MY MONSTERS
VENARI KNIFER
KHMER PRINCESS
GOBLIN PSYCHIC
XENITH ARCHER
REGAL PERYTON
MEET MY MONSTERS
Monster Name | Image | Reason for Choosing |
---|---|---|
Venari Knifer | The only time I don't use Venari Knifer as mu number 1 first position Monster is when the Mana Cap is either low or too high. When it is too high, I'll have have host of Monsters to consider. | |
Khmer Princess | As a magic Monster, Khmer Princess will benefit from the extra magic attack from the summoner Obsidian. However, her stats isn't really strong (low health, low speed and low attack effect). | |
Goblin Psychic | A healer in a team is necessary to strengthen weak Monsters. That's why I love choosing healing Monsters. As a tank healer, the Goblin Psychic strengthens the first position monsters. | |
Xenith Archer | This is the themed Monster of the week. It is a weak Monster without abilities...chai! | |
Regal Peryton | As a backline Monster, the Regal Peryton is a great choice because it can evade attacks from sneak Monsters. |
🎤 COMMENTARY AND SUMMARY ON THE BATTLE ⚔

At the beginning of the Battle, the following events happened:
☆ My opponent's Summoner, Obsidian, gave my opponent's team 1 magic attack effect.
☆ My Summoner, Obsidian, gave my team 1 magic attack effect.
THE BATTLE LASTED FOR 6 ROUNDS
ROUND ONE
☆ In the first round, both teams first position monsters were defeated.
ROUND TWO
☆ At the end of the second round, i lost my Khmer Princess while my opponent's Goblin Psychic and Regal Peryton were defeated.
ROUND THREE AND FOUR
☆ In both rounds, both teams lost 1 Monster each.
☆ Both teams were left with 1 Monster each.
ROUND FIVE AND SIX
☆ The round was a short round, but I had the advantage because my Regal Peryton still had enough health to sustain her.
....I WON THE BATTLE!!!
DID YOUR STRATEGY WORK?
Yes my strategy worked.
Although we used similar Monsters, but their positions matters a lot. That was why I had the advantage over my opponent.

I am impressed by the layout of your post. I think giving the game info and lore of a card gives it a personal touch, now I am emotionally invested in hoping the card performs well! the play by plays along with the Gifs showing the important parts of the match tie everything together nicely. Thank you for the great post!
Thank you so much
I'm grateful for your comment.
I think I'll give it more personalised touch by adding a comment about the stats, LORE and abilities, before I go into the battle.
That will be wonderful
I hope to try it by next week
Thanks for the insight 🙏
