Hola amigos de @aliento, por estos días se ha generado un pequeño ruido en el mundo crypto, con el tema de la demanda colectiva que se está realizando, contra los dueños de EMax (EtherumMax); en la cual se ha incluido a personajes muy influyentes como Kim Kardashian, Floyd Mayweather y Paul Pierce (Ex NBA). Lo que ha causado cierto revuelo noticioso, por las acusaciones de fraude y promoción de ofertas engañosas, que supuestamente auparon a las personas para adquirir este token, pero que luego de que lo hicieron, su precio cayó drásticamente.

Hello friends of @aliento, these days a little noise has been generated in the crypto world, with the issue of the class action lawsuit that is being made, against the owners of EMax (EtherumMax); which has included very influential people like Kim Kardashian, Floyd Mayweather and Paul Pierce (Ex NBA). This has caused a certain amount of news commotion, due to accusations of fraud and promotion of misleading offers, which supposedly encouraged people to acquire this token, but after they did so, its price dropped drastically.

Los demandantes hacen alusión, a una promoción realizada a mediados del año pasado, en la que estas reconocidas personalidades, utilizaron su poder de influencia y hacer un marketing brutal, a través de diferentes redes sociales cuyo efecto no tardó en dar resultados; el token fue altamente demandado para luego comenzar a bajar su valor; motivo por el que los compradores se sintieron frustrados y engañados. El asunto va más allá y la denuncia realizada este 07 de enero, incluye una eventual desaparición del token en las wallets de sus propietarios, que hizo empeorar aún más el escenario. ¿Y a quien no le preocuparía perder su dinero?

The plaintiffs allude to a promotion made in the middle of last year, in which these well-known personalities used their power of influence and made a brutal marketing, through different social networks whose effect did not take long to give results; the token was highly demanded and then began to lower its value; reason why the buyers felt frustrated and deceived. The matter goes further and the complaint made this January 7th, includes an eventual disappearance of the token in the wallets of its owners, which made the scenario even worse. And who wouldn't be worried about losing their money?

Esta información que recorre las redes y de la que todavía falta mucho por descubrir, llamó mi atención por el hecho de que, con este tipo de escándalo se puede crear un patrón noticioso desfavorable hacia las monedas electrónicas o tokens, que abundan en cantidad en el amplio mundo virtual que nos rodea; ya se está haciendo normal que podamos comprar artículos o incluso comida rápida, con el uso de ese dinero como medio de pago. Entonces mi preocupación, más allá del “Show” en torno al EMax, es que se pueda der afectada de manera indirecta, el valor de nuestro preciado Hive.

This information that is going around the networks and of which there is still much to discover, caught my attention due to the fact that, with this type of scandal, an unfavorable news pattern can be created towards electronic currencies or tokens, which abound in quantity in the vast virtual world that surrounds us; it is already becoming normal that we can buy items or even fast food, with the use of this money as a means of payment. So my concern, beyond the "Show" around the EMax, is that the value of our precious Hive could be indirectly affected.

En el poco conocimiento que pueda tener sobre esto del “Trading” y el “Holding”, para manejar las cripto en forma de inversión segura, lo que puedo observar es que los riesgos siempre están presentes y que no debemos precipitarnos; dado que comprar es nuestra responsabilidad, incluso si alguien trata de engañarnos, la decisión siempre está en nosotros. No obstante también es cierto que, los oferentes no deben abusar de los trucos del marketing para estafar al colectivo. Indistintamente del escenario, el resultado puede afectar el mercado y es allí donde el Bitcoin puede sufrir daños colaterales que impacten a las monedas que se rigen por éste.

In the little knowledge that I may have about this "Trading" and "Holding", to manage crypto as a safe investment, what I can observe is that risks are always present and that we should not rush; since buying is our responsibility, even if someone tries to deceive us, the decision is always up to us. However, it is also true that bidders should not abuse marketing tricks to swindle the collective. Regardless of the scenario, the outcome can affect the market and that is where Bitcoin can suffer collateral damage that impacts the currencies that are governed by it.

Lo cierto es que, el mundo cripto es muy cambiante y que en nuestra familia de @Hive, nuestras recompensas se pueden ver íntimamente ligadas, a esa especie de volatilidad. The truth is, the crypto world is very changeable and that in our @Hive family, our rewards can be intimately linked, to that kind of volatility.
