Dream to Reality: Motherhood Isn't the End, It's Never Too Late to Become a Star

The Ambitious Person

Hello everyone. I am excited to share with you greatest achievement. I can say that my greatest achievement is because I am a simple person, even the simplest and smallest things make me happy.
I will share with you today about my dream when I was a kid. You can see in the picture that Yes, I am finally beautiful and I feel like I am a certified beauty queen, haha funny right? That's was my humble dream when I was a kid.

Official Candidate

When I was just a kid, and there was a pageant in our town, I would just watch, then I would be so amazed with how beautiful they were and how well they walked on stage. So I started dreaming. and I started asking myself, what if I was the one on stage, what would it feel like backstage when they were all preening with their glamour team, I probably felt like an artist. People would scream even more when they left the stage.

At the age of 37, there was an announcement in our municipality called Search for MRS. LEON B. POSTIGO. This prestigious even is for honoring the mother’s . Without hesitation, I signed up and I ended up being one of the official candidates.

I practiced on the ramp and prepared my talent performance, so I started to feel the pressure hahaha but at the same time I was excited.

The Parade

On this day, there was a parade for the opening of Araw ng Leon b. Postigo and we joined the parade. During the parade I felt like an actress, I felt so beautiful. I could see people's eyes looking at me and the candidates, it made me so happy.

The Big Night - Production Number Fantasy

So that's the night we've all been waiting for, the show time. I'm very nervous but I'm also very excited. / this is my production number Fantasy outfit, I am a black Angel here.

Mom's Outfit

In this category we came up as being a mother , looks like typically cleaning the house and taking care of the whole family.

Casual Attire

In this picture I really felt like I am a living barbie haha. Finally, I've already experienced the barbie life haha. This category is for casual attire.
Talent

With my talent, I danced and sang at the same time. I imagine myself looking like Britney Spears. I love singing on stage. Since, I was born as a singer, my father taught and trained me. I was able to get the BEST in Talent Award.

Gown

Okay, with my gown I didn't expect it to have this effect and it was on stage. Haha it was so thin and my soul was visible haha. This part really made me feel like I was participating in Miss Universe. I really rocked my catwalk because every minute, every step I enjoyed the moment. I really gave the best performance that night.

Crowning

I was 1st runner up and it was all worth it. The nervousness, and preparation was worth it.
This time, I can define what it feels like to be a Beauty Queen. I can relate to the nervousness and what they did to prepare. It wasn't just that. Over all that was a Fantastic Night.
