Vuelvo después de mucho tiempo con una nueva receta casera.
Les compartiré mi receta de cocina de Chicken Fideos 🍜🍜🍜.

The reason it's called Chicken Noodles is because it has chicken otherwise it could be called as Prawn Noodles, Beef Noodles, Pork Noodles etc it there was those other ingredients.

Let's see how I cooked the Noodles Mein at my home.

La razón por la que se llama Chicken Fideos es porque tiene pollo; de lo contrario, podría llamarse Prawn Fideos, Beef Fideos, Pork Fideos, etc., si hubiera esos otros ingredientes.

These ingredients (chicken and the noodles). I used boneless chicken meat for this dish as we don't search for bones when we eat noodles.

Estos ingredientes (pollo y fideos). Utilicé carne de pollo deshuesada para este plato porque no buscamos huesos cuando comemos fideos.
  • Soya Sauce
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Tomato
  • Capcicum
  • Green Chili
  • Onion
  • Chili and turmeric

I took half of 1/4 cup soya sause and then I cleaned and chopped the other ingredients guessing the quantity.

  • Chile y cúrcuma

Tomé la mitad de 1/4 taza de salsa de soja y luego limpié y piqué los demás ingredientes adivinando la cantidad.

Then I mixed the soya source with very little amount of chili and turmeric powder and I mixed a little amount of the masala mix the noodle pack provided me and I mixed all of them with the chicken meat.

Luego mezclé la fuente de soja con muy poca cantidad de chile y cúrcuma en polvo y mezclé una pequeña cantidad de la mezcla de masala que me proporcionó el paquete de fideos y los mezclé todos con la carne de pollo.

After frying the chicken mix with hot oil for some time, I added the chopped tomato, capsicum, onion and green chili and started sautéing them.

Después de freír la mezcla de pollo con aceite caliente por un tiempo, agregué el tomate picado, el pimiento, la cebolla y el chile verde y comencé a saltearlos.

Then after adding hot water into it, I added the noodles (both packs as the ingredients were for two packs) and I started mixing all of them together after adding a little amount of coriander leave. The coriander leave gives a special scent and test to the dish.

Luego, después de agregarle agua caliente, agregué los fideos (ambos paquetes ya que los ingredientes eran para dos paquetes) y comencé a mezclarlos todos después de agregar una pequeña cantidad de hojas de cilantro. Las hojas de cilantro le dan un aroma y sabor especiales al plato.

And the dish was ready to be served.

Y el plato estaba listo para ser servido.

I served this dish adding some fresh coriander leaves on top of it and with some tomato sauces, pieces of fresh lemon and glasses of Guava Juice.
It was really tasty.

Serví este platillo agregando unas hojas de cilantro fresco encima y con algunas salsas de tomate, trozos de limón fresco y vasos de jugo de guayaba.
Fue realmente sabroso.
