Make some dishes with extended family on the holiday

Today, I'm back to introduce you to some of the dishes that some members of my large family have made for the holidays. Whenever there is a holiday, we often gather and make special dishes at my grandparent's house, there are many people here, from aunts and uncles to cousins, all gathered to make food and talk after many days apart. And now I am going to show you some dishes that we made.

We divide each person to take on a dish and divide the work for each family member. My cousin and I were in charge of rolling ram to prepare for frying, and the ingredients include taro, corn, and green onions. After I finished rolling, I put out a small plate to fry, and this was the result after frying, it looks eye-catching, crispy, and not burnt.

The second dish is charcoal-grilled meat. My uncle makes this dish because he often makes it to drink with his friends, so his skill in seasoning and baking is extremely good. The color of the meat after grilling is very attractive, and the smell of grilled meat is very fragrant. Served with meat is indispensable for lemon salt, so I started pounding lemon leaves, then mixed with salt, red pepper, and lemon juice, creating a very beautiful and fragrant mixture.

I will introduce to you the next dish which is the specialty of my province - Quang Namm, it's Vietnamese crepe or another name is Pancake Vietnam. The main ingredient for making pancakes is rice flour, in addition to pork, shrimp, eggs, green onions, bean sprouts, and a few other spices. After the oil is hot, pour the batter into the pan evenly and form a circle. Cook a pancake for about 5-10 minutes, after the pancake is cooked, the cake will be taken out and placed on the ready-made banana leaves. Pancke here is famous for its name Dai Loc pancake, it's special because a pancake is as big as two human faces. You will feel full after eating about 2-3 pieces. Its crispy golden color looks very attractive, if you come here, don't miss the chance to try it! Besides, you cannot skip the dipping sauce if you eat pancakes. It is also one of the factors that make you more appetizing.

There is also another main dish which is curry, the main ingredients are carrots and thinly sliced beef. Cook in a large pot for about 2 hours so that the beef is tender and seasoned.

Besides, there are also some other dishes such as boiled jackfruit mixed with vegetables, boiled chicken, raw vegetables, etc. We make many different dishes because the number of members in each family is large, a total of about 35 people in the extended family. Thanks to the holidays, we have time to gather together, make food, and talk together after not seeing each other for a long time.
