Hello friends today I want to tell you more in depth my second excursion, in May I went out black a beach hidden between two mountains, in this case I went to a river of fresh water that is located in the valley of the holy spirit, state Nueva Esparta, Venezuela.

Hola amigos hoy les quiero contar con más profundidad mi segunda excursión, en mayo fui a cabo negro una playa escondida entre dos montañas, en este caso fui a un río de aguas dulces que está ubicado en el valle del espíritu santos, estado Nueva Esparta, Venezuela.

Although the island of Margarita is valued from the tourist point of view mainly for its beaches, they also have attractions that go beyond its beautiful coasts, one of those attractions that emerges among the mountains with magic and energy in the form of fresh waters are the valley pools or also known as valley stones.

Si bien la isla de Margarita es cotizada desde el punto de vista turístico principalmente por sus playas, también tienen atractivos que van más allá de sus hermosas costas, uno de esos atractivos que emerge entre las montañas con magia y energía en forma de aguas dulces son las pozas del valle o también conocido como piedras del valle.

Located in the town of the valley of the Holy Spirit and to get to them we can take several routes, but the best known is climbing up the valley after the university UNIMAR, when you get to the national park there you can leave the car to start the journey on foot, What caught my attention the most is that as soon as we entered we could see a very dense forest full of trees that had mango fruits.

Ubicadas en la población del valle del espíritu Santo y para llegar a ellas podemos tomar varias rutas, pero la más conocida es subiendo valle arriba después de la universidad UNIMAR, al llegar al parque nacional allí se puede dejar el auto para empezar la travesía a pie, lo que más me llamo la atención es que apenas entramos se veía un bosque muy denso repleto de árboles que tenían frutos de mango.

It is a very mountainous site and 5 km from civilization, it is a beautiful paved road marked by the river bank, to get to the place it is important to go with a hiking group as it is the only way you can access the place.

Es un sitio muy montañoso y a 5 km de la civilización, es un hermoso camino empedrado marcado por la Ribera del río, para llegar al lugar es importante ir con un grupo de senderismo ya que es la única manera que se puede acceder al lugar.

In my case we went with margaritas trails, we always had a great time with them apart from being our guides teach us the importance of vegetation, and our guides have a paramedic since the place is considered level 4 in hike scales.

En mi caso nosotros fuimos con senderos margaritas, siempre la pasamos muy bien con ellos aparte de ser nuestros guías nos enseñan la importancia de la vegetación, y nuestros guías cuentan con un paramédico ya que el lugar está considerado nivel 4 en escalas del senderimo.

A medida que vas subiendo se puede ir apreciando las formaciones rocosas y se van haciendo más pronunciadas.

We saw a lot of flora and fauna on our tour and we also saw the oldest trees known as the copey, they are years old and are recognized by their thick trunk and their protruding roots.

Vimos mucha flora y fauna en nuestro recorrido y también conocimos los árboles más viejos conocidos como el copey, tienen años de antigüedad y se reconocen por su tronco grueso y sus raíces salientes.

When we arrived in the middle of the mountain we could appreciate the fresh waters of the pools, we are in time of drought so they were not very full but the adventure always continues uphill and there is no need to worry as the large rock formations, those that make the walls of the pits, become the great allies to climb, I admit that the water was very cold but it was just and necessary to bathe since we had 2 hours walked.

Cuando llegamos a mitad de la montaña pudimos apreciar las aguas dulces de las pozas, estamos en tiempo de sequía así que no estaban muy llenas pero la aventura siempre continúa a cuesta arriba y no hay de que preocuparse ya que las grandes formaciones rocosas, esas que hacen las paredes de las fosas, se convierten en las grandes aliadas para escalar, admito que el agua estaba muy fría pero era justo y necesario bañarnos ya que teníamos 2 horas caminado.

Enjoy in the middle of nature, we did diving, race from the top to throw us into the pits and also relax floating and enjoying the mountains and the songs of the birds, One of the things I loved most was getting under a waterfall to get a nature massage.

Disfrute en medio de la naturaleza, hicimos clavados, carrera desde lo más alto para lanzarnos dentro de las fosas y también me relaje flotando y disfrutando de las montañas y de los cantos de los pájaros, una de las cosas que más me encantó fue meterme debajo de una caída de agua para recibir un masaje de la naturaleza.

I felt very connected to my inner self, and I think this is one of the things that I love most about excursions apart from knowing places is finding yourself, how always my company was my older sister. We are already planning another excursion for the month of September.

Me sentí muy conectada con mi yo interior, y creo que esto es una de las cosas que mas me encantan de las excursiones aparte de conocer lugares es encontrarte a ti mismo, cómo siempre mi compañía fue mi hermana mayor. Ya estamos planificando otra excursión para el mes de septiembre.
