Retrying after a defeat, I fought through the Hiss forces guarding the bridge sector. By learning their patterns and scavenging dropped health elements, I successfully defeated the corrupted former security chief. Cleansing the Benikoff TV pulled me back to the Astral Plane, to unlock the game-changing levitation ability.

As I died last time, I was returned to the last control point, and I had to pass that bridge crawl with floating Hiss entities once more. And doing this, I lost some health already before getting to the twisted passage.

Then I rushed through the twisted passage to fight the entities that had overpowered me last time, but I was taken down once more. The screen turned a dark crimson as the resonance overwhelmed Jesse again.

I decided to get into the twisted passage without fighting those entities on the bridge this time, but it looked like there was no way to go without fighting them. So I had to be patient while taking them all down and also getting healed up.

I was taken down again in the meantime, and I understood some patterns of those enemies as well that helped me next, anticipating exactly when the heavy forces would launch their attacks.

I tried to stay close to those health elements that got out of the Hiss soldiers while I kept taking cover from that big monster, who was the head of security once, named Salvador. And at last, I took all the entities down after multiple tries.

Then it was time to cleanse the Benikoff TV that was waiting at the edge of that room with a red glowing color.

When I went near it and went for the cleansing part, Jesse put her hands inside the monitor, and everything was becoming white from the reddish color. A brilliant flash of purifying light washed the entire chamber as it does after a cleanse.

Then I found myself inside the Astral Plane challenge once I cleansed the Benikoff TV. And this time, it's about learning to use levitate, staring across the vast, white void at the floating stone blocks ahead.

Levitation is something that allows me to float for a longer time. It looked like I just unlocked flying ability. And using this, I would have to pass the challenge, which sounds fun, as I'd drift from one massive pillar to the next across the empty sky.

The Hiss entities on that bridge were acting like a literal premium toll booth, completely refusing to let you skip the fight. But you did well.

That twisted passage turned into a total crimson nightmare before you finally cracked the code on their spawning patterns. That boss entity looked like a tough one to break down. And it look like you're gonna enjoy the game more with this levitate ability.

The transition from the corrupted red atmosphere to the bright white cleanse was visually stunning. This game always nails those surreal moments.

The screen went from an angry, stressful red to a beautifully calm white, meaning the television has finally behaved itself. Unlocking the levitation ability should make you more powerful against these enemies but I'm guessing their could be even stronger ones next.

Jesse placing her hands into the television created such a surreal scene. Control always delivers some of the most unique supernatural moments I've seen in gaming.
