어제의 운동기록

어제도 운동을 시작했습니다

아침에 출근하면서 운동을 위해걷고 저녁에 퇴근하면서 걸어서 집에 옵니다.
문제는 약 삼십분거리라서 얼마 못하기 때문에 약 한시간거리로 걸어갑니다.
그렇게 만보를 달성 합니다.

학교 주변을 걸어가는데 보이는것이 좋네요
주변에 이런것이 많았으면합니다.
