CAMBIANDO CAJA EATON FULLER RTO 15613 DE CAMIÓN MACK R600 PARTE 2

Saludos amigos de @hivemotors esta es la segunda entrega de como desmontar y montar una caja de cambios de un camión R600, les cuento que es un trabajo muy arduo y por aquí en este enlace pueden ver como desmontamos CAMBIANDO CAJA EATON FULLER RTO 15613 DE CAMIÓN MACK R600 (ESP)(ENG) y en este nuevo post pueden ver como montamos la caja FULLER RTO 15613 de 13 velocidades, pero ellas varían de 4 a 15 velocidades, según el modelo para las que han sido creadas.

Les cuento que en lo personal siento temor al ver esta caja desarmada, pues tantos engranajes de distintos tamaños me confunden de su lugar de posición, el mecánico se ríe ya que para él es rutina armar y desarmar estas cajas, para mi es una enseñanza cada movimiento que realiza este experto en camiones.

Menos mal que el mecánico es muy meticuloso, ya que el ayudante había colocado un tornillo más largo en un lugar que hubiese sido grave de no darse cuenta, él no se molestó solo le dijo a su ayudante que debía prestar más atención a esos pequeños detalles que pueden originar un mal mayor.

Se montó la caja por medio de una señorita de 3 toneladas sobre el gato tipo caimán y se trasladó debajo del camión, allí se realizó el proceso de montura, ayudado por un gato de botella para ayudar a alinear, la caja con respecto al motor, se colocaron los tornillos, luego se conectaron las mangueras, cables y sensores.

Tomar estas fotografías fue muy difícil, ya que no podía descuidarme mientras trasladábamos y montábamos la caja, las que logre tomar no muestran muy claro el proceso, aunque son desde varios ángulos, además estaba oscuro el día con viento de agua, al mismo tiempo el mecánico y su ayudante estaban debajo del camión para llevar a feliz término esta exhaustiva labor, por lo tanto, tapaban con sus cuerpos el procedimiento.

Pero la función que realizo yo, que es de buscar repuestos, lavar tuercas y pasar las herramientas, me brinda pequeños momentos para fotografiar el proceso, esto disgusta un poco al jefe, por ello lo hago cuando él no está, piensa que estoy perdiendo el tiempo, les he tratado de hablar del mundo Hive, pero no les interesa.

Al final de ocho días dedicados a este camión, se probó y todo quedo satisfactoriamente, el dueño quedo contento porque todo salió en el tiempo adecuado y el mecánico quedo tranquilo al recibir su compensación, igual yo por colaborar, espero les guste mi post y lo comenten, saludos y bendiciones.

I tell you that personally I feel fear when I see this box disassembled, because so many gears of different sizes confuse me of their place of position, the mechanic laughs since for him it is routine to assemble and to disassemble these boxes, for me it is a teaching each movement that this expert in trucks makes.

Fortunately the mechanic is very meticulous, since the helper had placed a longer screw in a place that would have been serious if he hadn't noticed it, he didn't bother, he just told his helper that he should pay more attention to those small details that can cause a bigger problem.

The box was mounted by means of a 3-ton lady on the alligator jack and moved under the truck, there the mounting process was carried out, helped by a bottle jack to help align the box with respect to the engine, the screws were placed, then the hoses, cables and sensors were connected.

Taking these pictures was very difficult, since I could not neglect myself while we were moving and assembling the box, the ones I managed to take do not show very clear the process, although they are from several angles, besides it was dark the day with water wind, at the same time the mechanic and his assistant were under the truck to carry out this exhaustive work, therefore, they covered with their bodies the procedure.

But the function that I perform, which is to look for spare parts, wash nuts and pass the tools, gives me small moments to photograph the process, this upsets the boss a little, so I do it when he is not there, he thinks I'm wasting my time, I have tried to tell them about the Hive world, but they are not interested.

At the end of eight days dedicated to this truck, it was tested and everything was satisfactorily, the owner was happy because everything went in the right time and the mechanic was calm to receive his compensation, just like me for collaborating, I hope you like my post and comment, greetings and blessings.
