LA APATÍA EN LA SOCIEDAD ACTUAL (ESP)(ENG)

Recorriendo mi comunidad me he ido topando con historias y anécdotas, que me obligaron a escribir este blog, pienso que es un grito desesperado de impotencia, por parte de las víctimas de este mal, que está arropando a las personas sin siquiera ellas mismas darse cuenta de todo lo que existe detrás de todo ello.

La apatía es un desinterés constante acerca de todas las cosas, el trabajo, la familia, la sociedad, los estudios, la vida, el mundo y pare de contar, la mayoría se encuentra desmotivado, no existe algo que los conecte con vivir y disfrutar la vida, su mal humor se nota a leguas.

I have come across stories and anecdotes in my community, which forced me to write this blog, I think it is a desperate cry of helplessness, by the victims of this evil, which is enveloping people without even themselves realizing everything that exists behind it all.

Apathy is a constant disinterest about everything, work, family, society, studies, life, the world and stop counting, most of them are unmotivated, there is nothing that connects them to live and enjoy life, their bad mood is obvious.

Es cierto que estos últimos tiempos han estado muy difíciles en el ámbito económico, por ello muchos se han ido aventurando a otros países, pero se han encontrado con rechazo y han descubierto que todo no es color de rosa como lo pintan en la televisión, las exhaustivas horas de trabajo, el alto costo de alquiler y servicios, los convierte en esclavos modernos.

Hasta el amor verdadero se ha perdido, muchos están juntos por conveniencias, trabajan ambos y dividen gastos, la amargura existencial se ve en muchos lugares, las personas son poco sociables, ¡Claro está! esta conclusión a la que estoy llegando es basada en experiencias vividas por muchos vecinos, amigos y familiares en distintos lugares del mundo.

It is true that these recent times have been very difficult in the economic field, so many have been venturing to other countries, but have been met with rejection and have discovered that everything is not rosy as painted on television, the exhaustive working hours, the high cost of rent and services, makes them modern slaves.

Even true love has been lost, many are together for convenience, both work and divide expenses, existential bitterness is seen in many places, people are unsociable, of course! this conclusion I am coming to is based on experiences lived by many neighbors, friends and relatives in different parts of the world.

Pero lo que particularmente me preocupa es la apatía en mi país, ya nos acostumbramos a cargar agua, estar sin luz por varias horas, cocinar con leña, gasoil o en cocina eléctrica, porque el gas aparece cada cuatro meses, nadie reclama, nadie dice nada, solo andamos como zombies caminando sin rumbo. Muchos han preferido no trabajar, ya que los sueldos que ofrecen son miserables, pretenden que uno cobre en bolívares pero compre dolarizado.

Esta sociedad actual pretende quitarnos el buen humor que nos caracteriza a todos los venezolanos, de toda tragedia inventamos un chiste, pero lo peor que he visto y oído, es la indiferencia por parte de los que ejercen cargos importantes, como médicos, profesores, trabajadores del servicios públicos, entre otros.

But what particularly worries me is the apathy in my country, we are used to carrying water, being without electricity for several hours, cooking with firewood, diesel or electric stove, because the gas appears every four months, nobody complains, nobody says anything, we just walk like zombies aimlessly. Many have preferred not to work, since the salaries they offer are miserable, they pretend that one is paid in bolivars but buys in dollars.

This current society pretends to take away the good humor that characterizes all Venezuelans, we make a joke out of every tragedy, but the worst thing I have seen and heard is the indifference of those who hold important positions, such as doctors, teachers, public service workers, among others.

A un vecino le entregaron su niña recién nacida, asfixiándose porque le hicieron mal la aspiración de la mucosidad y prácticamente le dijeron llévela a que se muera en la casa, el anduvo de hospital en hospital buscando se la atendieran y casualmente en el cuarto hospital que acudió, había un joven doctor que era del pueblo donde él se crió, lo atendió y se salvó la niña, ahora tiene ocho meses de nacida. ¿Pero si no hubiese sido así?

Una amiga me contó que estudia en la universidad y las clases debido a la pandemia, las han visto de forma virtual, pero los profesores no respetan el horario establecido, simplemente dan la clase a la hora y el día que les da la gana y el que no participe esta raspado. En la casa de un familiar necesitaban destapar las cloacas de la calle porque se rebosaban, estaban tapadas por falta de mantenimiento, luego de esperar más de tres meses para que acudieran los responsables de este servicio, simplemente dijeron que ellos no se iban a meter en el pozo de visita por la mísera cantidad que ganaban.

Para muchos la religión es un fastidio, pero sin lugar a dudas es un ente regulador de la conducta y moralidad del mundo, los que caminan en sendas de rectitud, dan lo mejor de sí. Cada quien tiene su creencia personal y de acuerdo a ella se desenvuelve en la sociedad, por lo tanto debemos nutrirnos espiritual y temporalmente, para no caer en la apatía, un círculo vicioso que está destruyendo nuestro mundo.

For many, religion is a nuisance, but it is undoubtedly a regulator of the conduct and morality of the world, those who walk in paths of righteousness, give the best of themselves. Each one has his personal belief and according to it he develops in society, therefore we must nourish ourselves spiritually and temporarily, so as not to fall into apathy, a vicious circle that is destroying our world.
