Bunga Sepatu - Hibiscus rosa-sinensis

In our country it is called bunga sepatu. Bunga means a flower and sepatu means shoes. I tried to search the information about it. I found that this flower was used to polish shoes in India. I thought that is the reason why it is callled bunga sepatu.

I found the flower on the side of the street when I was walking around in the morning. This plant became a natural boundary fence. The flowers were blooming. The color was very attractive.

This plant thrives under the hot sun. The leaves were green. There were some flowers in the middle of the leaves. The flowers had no smell.

I stopped and took photo of the flowers. The rain drops made the flower more beautiful.

I wanted to pick up one of them but I thought I would make the flower messy. I continued walking and thinking over the flower. I planed to grow the flower at home but it was not a good idea because I often failed when I planted flowers.
