Having Ginger And Turmeric to Boost Stamina

Have ever felt so lazy or weak? I often feel the situation. My body has no much energy. I feel sleepy all the time. Old people often drink ginger and turmeric with coconut or brown sugar. It is easy to get turmeric and ginger here in our country. I live in Indonesia so there are a lot of herbs growing here.

I was not interested to what old people do here. I thought the drink was not delicious. However, I wanted to try. Finally I made the drink.

I just needed 2 cm or ginger and turmeric. I peel them and hit them on a grinder. After that I boiled around 200 ml water and put the turmeric and ginger in the boiling water. After a few minutes, I added 1 cm brown sugar. Not more than five minutes, the drink was ready.

Nutrients in ginger and turmeric

Ginger has low calories but high vitamins and minerals. There are some minerals. They are vitamin B3 , B6, and C. On ther other hand, the minerals are Iron, Pottasium, Zinc, Phosporous, and Magnecium. Ginger also has riboflavin , niacin and folate.

With those minerals, ginger has some benefit to hour health and body. The highest benefit of ginger comes from gingerol.

Ginger can reduce inflamation, lower blood sugar, mitigate respiratory virus. From the benefit, our body gets intake from natural food that is save for our health.

Turmeric is another herb that has a lot of benefit to our body. It has the same nutrition as ginger. What makes it different? It has curcumin. Curcumin is a nutrient that benefits to digesting system.

The spice can contribute to healthy digestion as a result of its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

However, the intake of turmeric should be low dose. You do some research to know why should be low dose.

After drinking ginger with turmeric, your body will feel warm. The stomach will feel comfortable and little bit hungry. Turmeric also good for digestion.

That is simple but healthy. You can try at home. I suggest that you use raw turmeric and ginger not powder because the taste will be more natural.
