I have seen a lot of movies these past few weeks, and I must say that they were lots of highlights when it came to the movies and series I watched. Among the movies/ series I watched was the complete season 1 of a Netflix original series titled sex life; I also saw a Doctor Strange movie which he did with Spiderman; I watched Black Panther 2; I watched Gang of Lagos, a controversial movie, among others. These movies are great, and in case you wanna watch them, ensure you watch them in a quiet environment. These movies are very interesting. However, the movie that stood out was not mentioned above; you must keep reading to find the title.

The title of this post is not the title of the movie, but it speaks to its whole creation and theme. I saw this movie sometime last week and have been working my way to writing a review about it, but I have not been changed to make that happen. The movie speaks about two twin brothers whose life choices saw them become something completely different from one another.

I will not bore you with details of what went down or happened that the two twin brothers ended up being in a completely different professions and how they both became a threat to the development and growth of each other due to what they both do. This post is to tell you what I enjoyed while watching the movie, and that goes beyond the storyline. In order to lift the suspense, The movie I watched was titled Brotherhood, a Nollywood action-packed movie released earlier this year, 2023.

I watched the movie on my system in the evening after having a hectic day at work; I watched the movie while enjoying a chilled bottle of beer. To summarise, the movie is the story of two twin brothers who lost their parents in a robbery incident when they were kids. The two of them were later raised by their aunty, who did all she could for them, but at the end of the day, one of the brothers became the Police, and the other became a thief. They were always at loggerhead as the two of them could not stand the sight of each other. In a scene where one of the brothers who was a thief was shot, the scene is filled with emotions, and even the brother, who was the police, could not hide it.

This movie, to me, is a 10 out of 10 due to the storyline and the execution of the role of each of the actors. This movie does not comprise the heavyweight Nollywood superstars that we are used to seeing, but every actor in that movie played their rolled to perfection. If I am to single just one person for special praise, it has to be Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz. Flaz is a musician and has made a name for himself in the music industry; however, in the movie industry, he is already creating a niche for himself as someone who could bring a role to life. As a policeman in this movie, he sure made his mark and the way he acted; one could think that he is a policeman for real in real life.

A big shoutout to the movie's director, the costume guys and the stunts guys. The stunt performed in this movie is the deadliest of all stunts I have ever seen due to how nerve-catching it was. The stunt where Tobi Bakare stuntman had to fall off the third mainland bridge was scary, and it's a testament to how far the director/producer thought it through. The movie, I repeat, is 100 %, and all cast played their role to perfection. It is a nice movie. Ensure you watch it
