My vacation and travel experiences

This life is very much like a book, if you have not for once leave or travel away from your current state then you are still in page one

since when i was young i have been very fond of traveling, in Christmas time my mom would take me and my siblings to surulere, another part if lagos’ for holidays.

i have not step out of lagos state on my own, not until i become 18yrs of age, though i haven’t had any vacations since then but i travel a lot and i have seen many fascinating things in places i have been to

*sometimes it kinda feels like i’m on vacation

my first travel was ondo state, i used the opportunity to go see idanre, i have heard many stories of how rocky the place is and it’s a kind of resort that people visit,
there are pile of rocks everywhere in that town, there is a very tall rock with stairs up to 600 stair cases that you climb to get to the top, it was an eye opener

but my most loved travel is lokoja, a state in the nothern part of nigeria where i had the opportunity to see the second longest river in Africa, (river niger)

lokoja is covered with hills and mountains it’s kind of fascinating to me because where i’m from you are not going to see a single hill.
so it was something new and the most beautiful part is when you wake up in the morning and look up the mountains and you see the peak of the mountain covered with cloud ☁️ its actually a beautiful sightseeing,

me and some friends have actually gone up one of the mountain to cut down a tree for firewood

i also saw the confluence bridge,
a place where two river comes together that’s river niger and river benue it was a wonderful experience
that’s as little as i would share*

thanks for reading through.

I know nigeria is such a big country and Lagos I heard is such a busy city. I would love to be in Nigeria one day to have an experience. Lokoja would definitely be one of the places I would be due to my love for nature especially mountains.
