Splinterlands Art Contest 199

Hello everyone, how's your Tuesday going? Mine started well and it's already night here so I can say it went well since I was able to finally finish this painting I started a few days back for the @splinterlands art contest..

LYANNA NATURA
Drawing nature is my thing and I can I say that I was drawn to her, flowers, leaves and all that is one thing I love so much....

Lyanna natura is a great summoner. Asides that she has many other powers like her ability to communicate with animals, isn't that cool? I wish i could have a conversation with that bird that wakes me in the morning with a sweet song. Lyanna has a very busy and high-profile life, she is also married and blessed with two beautiful daughters.

Her story is a very cool one, she's one with nature, what more could she ask for?

Here's a short gif I made from my process on ezgif, trust me, it was a lovely process and I enjoyed every bit of it...

Process
I always begin my process with a sketch, I barely sketch backgrounds because I believe the main person/object is more important and I end up figuring out what I want the background to be like when the time comes..

Here's sketch

Base colour for skin and hair, I used a gradient for her hair and I like it, I'll do that more often....

Her wooden horn and clothes. I really love the colour of the flower and dress on the original art so I went with it.

More hair details and facial features, eyes, nose, mouth and teeth. The original art has a big smile on her face and I did just that....

My favorite part, Painting the flowers and adding more details to her dress. I also added a huge golden bracelet at this stage...

Lighter and darker tones brings art to life and that's what this stage was all about

Glitters and glowing flowers on her legs....

For the background, I painted a huge tree and blurred it out...

Final piece with more grass, another tree and more glitters around her. Isn't it amazing? I love it so much
