Don't be anybody's second choice and let them decide if they want you or they want you out. It you give them the opportunity to use you as the second choice you will started fighting over what is not yours. Some people lose what truly belong while fighting a lost battle for what is not theirs. focus on what is yours and stop giving yourself an unnecessary headache.
