Preparing my baby for kindergarten

I wanted my baby to started kindergarten since the school have resume because he was always lonely. We are the only one with small kid in my compound so he play by himself most of the time and I want him to be among his peer which will be good for him.

I went out to get the things he will need when he is going to school like food flask, water bottle and the lunchbox. I tried to manage the little that I have because our country economy situation does not permit us to buy what we want, just buy what you can afford.

But God so good, my friend gave me a food flask from the one they gave her at her recent party and that will serve it purpose for now till I will be able to shop for a better one and all that remain now are water bottle and the lunchbox.

I went to a shop nearby to get it but when I got there, their price is not friendly at all. The lunchbox alone cost range between #7,000 to #8,000 and when I checked my pocket I see that I cannot afford it and I just bought the water bottle for #1,000 and left the shop.

It's not that costly but I can't afford it for now so I went to another shop nearby where they are building shoes and making bags. When I got there I saw some lunchbox, the same design as the one I saw earlier but this one is a handmade not a readymade one and it cost is affordable, it was #3,500 so I beg the man to sell the one for #3,500 for me for #2,000, don't mind me that is how we used to price market here.

After much persuasion, he later sold it for me for #2,500, I bought it and collected my change then left the shop. The money I used to buy both the handmade lunchbox and the water bottle is not up to the one I will use to buy a readymade lunchbox, if I minus the the cost of the two from the price of the ready made lunchbox I will buy another set. Some people will say that I'm stingy but it is not so I'm trying to be frugal here because the cost of living in my country is getting higher by day and there is no work so we have to manage the little we have for now.

I just hope our situation get better soon because we can't continue living like this and people are forced to live the way they see not the way they want.
