Mentoring as a foundation for personal growth and success.| El mentorazgo como fundamento del crecimiento personal y el éxito. [Eng/Esp]

A big greeting to all the Holos&Lotus community. As I anticipated in the previous post, today I will address the topic of mentoring, a concept that I consider essential to incorporate those universal master principles, as well as the life example of exemplary beings, who have managed to stand out above most people. Principles and actions that we all need to learn and apply in our lives to evolve both materially and spiritually.

Before I begin with the topic, I want to make a remark referring to the previous post where I talk about the paths of greatness and mediocrity, since I think it is very important to mention it. The word mediocre that semantically takes you to the concept of middle or central zone, when you break it down it offers you a deeper meaning and in consonance with the spiritual truths that we are discovering, since a mediocre person is the one who half believes, in other words, is a being who does not have true faith or is not consistent with it. After this brief comment, now let's get down to business.

It is evident that human beings need different types of influence for their individuation process. In this sense, parents, teachers, family members such as grandparents and aunts and uncles, or community members serve as examples and role models for adapting to the demands of society in general.

As a maxim I heard from some of my mentors that I will mention at the end of this chapter, I would like to thank them for all the learning I have gained through their teachings:

Mentors are those special beings that when you meet them on the road, they help our vision of the world to make a 180-degree turn. It is the highest level of mastery, since they teach based on their results, but not so that you imitate them and lose your identity; on the contrary, so that using the same spiritual and material principles you find yourself.

Humanity has for centuries exalted leaders to guide the changes that have happened and are happening in the world, and that in many ways continues to be so, but I believe we are in the era of proto-leaders, those people who offer you tools so that you can work on yourself and reach your maximum potential.

It is clear that this has always been the path that has been pointed out by the great avatars. However, we are in a time when many mentors are speaking the same language, and offering their help to the world from an organic and real humanity, which makes them accessible and vulnerable, but in an ideal way also makes them embody that greatness and above all that work that inspires others.

Today more than ever there are people working very hard for the process of individuation, personal growth and spiritual greatness. The message that all the great mentors are giving us is: the universe is mental and that each human being builds his reality with his thoughts and attracts that which is in consonance with his vibrational state.

On that basis we must build our material structure and our spiritual blessings. The daily routine absorbs us, the relationships with other human beings, in a large percentage is very toxic, the generations that preceded us were great workers, but we must recognize that they were emotionally illiterate, perhaps because they did not have the opportunity to have a mentor.

In a way, what I am about to say may seem out of place, but many people of that generation paid for that illiteracy with abandonment by their loved ones. We really have to admit that there are people who make it more difficult than it already is for other people to love us, and I include myself, because I did not get to this path by being a paragon of virtue. Jesus spoke to us about the kingdom, but he also spoke about having faith and doing what we have to do to reach it.

I will end this post by mentioning some of the main mentors who have helped thousands of people to achieve their goals, to reach entrepreneurial success, to find their life purpose, to listen to the voice of their soul, to rediscover the greatness that we are all capable of reaching.

Among the most renowned worldwide are: Dalai Lama, Ekhart Tolle, Rhonda Byrne, Deepak Chopra, Opeah Winfrey, Wayne W. Dyer, Stephen R. Covey, Paulo Coelho. This list is an understatement. At the business level there are many more, for example Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Richard Branson, Tony Robbins, Mark Zuckerberg. They claim that money is as spiritual as other attributes. I am mentioning only a few of the most mediatized and omitting thousands who have an equal right to be highlighted.

Personally I will highlight three people that I consider blessings because they have given me tools to break my mental schemes, and have offered me possibilities that I would have never reached without their help, they are: Valentina Quintero who showed me the importance of life's journey and love for my country. Carlos Fraga who has been a mentor in the emotional and relational fundamental part and finally the young Spaniard Lain García Calvo, who has given me the possibility to connect the economic, health and spiritual in a holistic and integral way, and that I consider as a fundamental piece in my way of seeing the world today.

Un gran saludo a toda la comunidad Holus&Lotus. Como ya anticipé en el post anterior, hoy voy abordar el tema del mentorazgo, concepto que considero esencial para incorporar esos principios maestros universales, así como el ejemplo de vida de seres muy particulares, que han logrado destacar por sobre la mayoría de las personas. Principios y acciones que todos necesitamos aprender y aplicar en nuestras vidas para evolucionar tanto material como espiritualmente.

Antes de comenzar de lleno con el tema, quiero hacer una acotación referida al post anterior, donde hablo sobre los caminos de la grandeza y de la mediocridad, ya que me parece muy importante mencionarla. La palabra mediocre que te lleva semánticamente al concepto de zona media o central, al descomponerla te ofrece un significado más profundo y en consonancia con las verdades espirituales que estamos descubriendo, ya que un ser mediocre es ese que medio cree, en otras palabras no tiene verdadera fe o no es consecuente con ella. Después de esta breve acotación, ahora sí entremos en materia.

Es algo evidente que el ser humano necesita de diferentes tipos de influencia para su proceso de individuación. En tal sentido, los padres, los maestros, personas de la familia como abuelos y tíos o de la comunidad, sirven de ejemplo y modelos a seguir para adaptarse a las exigencias que plantea la sociedad en general.

Como dice una máxima que se la escuché a unos de mis mentores que al final del capítulo voy a mencionar, con el propósito de agradecerles todo ese aprendizaje obtenido a través de sus enseñanzas:

Los mentores son esas personas que cuando uno se las topa en el camino, ayudan a que nuestra visión del mundo de un giro de 180 grados. Es el nivel más alto de maestría, ya que ellos enseñan en base a sus resultados, pero no para que los imites y pierdas tu identidad; muy al contrario, para que usando los mismos principios espirituales y materiales te encuentres a ti mismo.

La humanidad lleva siglos exaltando a líderes para que guíen los cambios que han sucedido y están ocurriendo en el mundo, y eso en muchos aspectos continúa siendo así, pero creo que estamos en la era de los protolíderes, esas personas que te ofrecen herramientas para que tú mismo trabajes sobre ti y logres alcanzar tu máximo potencial.

Está claro, que siempre ha sido ese el camino que han señalado los grandes avatares en cualquier época. Sin embargo, estamos en un momento único, en el que muchos mentores están hablando el mismo idioma, y ofreciendo su ayuda al mundo desde una humanidad orgánica y real, que los hace más accesibles y vulnerables, pero que de una forma ideal, también hace que encarnen esa grandeza y sobre todo ese trabajo que inspira a otros.

Hoy más que nunca hay personas trabajando muy duro en pro de ese proceso de individuación, de su crecimiento personal y grandeza espiritual. El mensaje que todos los grandes mentores nos están dando es: el universo es mental y que cada ser humano construye su realidad con los pensamientos y atrae aquello que está en consonancia con su estado vibracional.

Sobre esa base debemos construir nuestra estructura material y nuestras bendiciones espirituales. la cotidianidad nos absorbe, las relaciones con los otros seres humanos, en un gran porcentaje son muy tóxicas, las generaciones que nos precedieron fueron grandes trabajadores, pero hay que reconocer que fueron también en gran medida analfabetas emocionales, quizás porque no contaron con la oportunidad de tener un mentor.

De alguna manera esto que voy a plantear puede que desentone, pero muchas personas de esa generación, pagaron ese analfabetismo con un abandono físico o emocional por parte de sus seres queridos. De verdad hay que admitir, que habemos personas las cuales hacemos más difícil de lo que ya es, que otras personas nos quieran, y me incluyo, porque no llegué a este camino por ser un dechado de virtudes. Jesús nos habló del reino, pero también habló de tener fe y de hacer lo que nos corresponde para alcanzarlo.

Voy a finalizar este post mencionando algunos de los principales mentores que han ayudado a miles de personas a realizar sus metas, alcanzar el éxito empresarial, a encontrar su propósito de vida, a escuchar la voz de su alma y a reencontrarse con esa grandeza la cual todos somos capaces de alcanzar.

Entre los más renombrados a nivel mundial están: Dalai Lama, Ekhart Tolle, Rhonda Byrne, Deepak Chopra, Opeah Winfrey, Wayne W. Dyer, Stephen R. Covey, Paulo Coelho. La lista se queda corta. A nivel empresarial hay muchos más por ejemplo: Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Richard Branson, Tony Robbins, Mark Zuckerberg. Ellos afirman que el dinero es tan espiritual como otros atributos. Estoy mencionando solo algunos de los más mediáticos y omitiendo miles que tienen igual derecho de ser destacados.

En lo personal voy a destacar tres personas que considero bendiciones ya que me han dado herramientas para romper mis esquemas mentales, y me han ofrecido posibilidades que yo no hubiera alcanzado nunca sin su ayuda, ellos son: Valentina Quintero que me mostró la importancia del viaje de la vida y el amor por mi país. Carlos Fraga que ha sido un mentor en la parte emocional y relacional que a jugado un papel fundamental y por último al joven español Lain García Calvo, que me ha dado la posibilidad de conectar lo económico, la salud y lo espiritual de una forma holística e integral, a los tres los considero como piezas fundamentales en mi manera de ver el mundo hoy por hoy.
