Fraternal greetings and the best of success to all the hive and the Holus&Lotus community. Today I bring you a reflection on a term that is rarely used, but that hides a great truth about our human behavior. Talking about occultism leads us to a question: What are we as people, what we show or what we hide? There is less and less privacy, everything is aired, everything is shown, both sacred and profane things. the question we should ask ourselves is if that solves anything. I don't think so, but we can't change the times, we can only work on ourselves with a view to the future.

We have absolutely everything inside us, all the elements, all the thoughts, all the emotions. To put it in common words: we have within us all the good and all the evil that exists in the universe. Perhaps that is what Jesus meant when he said that we are gods and that we can move mountains if we have faith. On closer analysis, this has serious moral, ethical and relational implications.

Being part of the whole and therefore having it all within us, in my particular case has given me a greater understanding of myself. I no longer feel the need or anguish of knowing if I am good or bad, because I understand that "I am" as something in the present. With this I want to show that it is the present that defines me and not the past or the future. It is not my mistakes or failures, nor my triumphs or successes if they are behind me, that define my present. It is what I decide to do with it today and now.

Sometimes we have to be reborn, start from scratch and the past or the future do little to help, only resilience and the ability to erase the programs that have made us have the stumbles we have had. This does not mean that temporality is not important, of course it is, and very important. But they do not serve to live, only to understand that the past has already happened (we cannot live in the past) and the future is yet to be seen (it has not happened), therefore, the only effective tool is the now and what we do with it.

Returning to the subject at hand, in general terms human beings always hide something, in that sense we are all occultists. One of those many things we tend to hide is our intentions. "Think wrong and you will be right". And I would add: think well and you will also get it right, but not as much as with evil, because good is not so good at aiming. To do good requires a lot of practice and work, and that comes at a price. Evil can be done all at once.

I have to admit, I always fear that others have a hidden purpose up their sleeve, and I think, I am not the only one who has that distrust. Dual and even multiple purposes are more common than many people think or are aware of. For example: when I have needed someone's help, inside I am thinking what earthly or heavenly benefit they are going to demand for doing that particular good, but esotericism has taught me that everything has a price, and that helps me to better understand such situations.

It is a great ignorance, that of many people when they tell you: "do good and do not look at whom" that is not so. We are in the age of convenient altruism, and the most humane thing you can get almost always in the street is a negotiation. On the other hand, the teachings I have received have put me on alert against unconscious giving, so I look in detail at the person I am going to do good for. You cannot give pearls to pigs, said the master.

In that sense, I prefer to be generous rather than giving, the one who has more than one purpose, always generates more than the self-righteous coward who remains with the desire and keeps silent or does not try to obtain reciprocity. For love must generate love, and the good that is done must cause other good. But that of giving and generosity, is another subject worth developing in depth and that would make us deviate from the matter in question.

What if the human being is a utilitarian, convenient and self-interested! In some cases yes, and to be coherent it is logical that we are like that. Most people do not recognize their defects, they are hidden for them and visible to everyone, that is often a self-deception. I am convinced that the pure of heart die in childhood or youth. The devil knows more for an old man than for a devil. The older we get, the more stubborn and resentful we become. It sounds very harsh, but that's how it is, those of us who live with older people know it very well.

It is more than proven, that the human being is a being of interest and intention. These two words describe different things, but they are closely related. Starting with the word interest: its etymological origin comes to be (to be between) refers to something that is between two people, that unites them for a reason or motive. In that case, it is no offense to say that we are all interested, since it is something inherent to being alive. Only those who lie in the grave are in holy peace. All the rest of us, something itches somewhere in our bodies, and that itch moves us.

As an elderly gentleman once said to me: - "All living beings and especially human beings live hungry, whether for things, feelings, emotions or just food, but we always want something". There is a famous quote in a book by Carl Jung when talking to a North American Indian chief who says about Westerners: "They are always looking for something What are they looking for? White people always want something, they are always restless and agitated. We don't know what they want. We think they are crazy.

With respect to the other term intention, scholars of deep or spiritual reality state that inspiration, intention, will and action are the four key moments of the manifestation of material and emotional life. In that sense, when we are well-intentioned, we are supposed to be people who do good and vice versa; that is, if we go through life with bad intentions, we are likely to exercise them in practice.

However, statistics say that most people do not do what we think, and even fewer people achieve what we want to achieve, some do not even try. Because it is one thing to want something and another thing to be able to achieve it. This is where the saying comes in: "From words to deeds there is a long way to go". And I would also add abysses and ceilings. Chasms because sometimes not only you don't achieve what you want, but when you try, things can go very wrong. On the other hand, not all people have the same capabilities, that is, each one of us has a different ceiling. As another saying goes: "The floor of some is the ceiling of others".

Continuing with what is related to occultism, it could be said that the true occultism has had a very bad press in previous times. The truth is that there is knowledge that in ancient times, was only revealed to those initiated in esoteric knowledge, and now it is not so, since it is accessible to anyone who wants to know it. You only have to search the web and you will find written or video information on many topics related to this topic.

For those who are interested in the subject, there is a YouTube channel that I am going to recommend, called the Grimorio. There you can find dozens of videos that talk about occultism in a pleasant and at the same time with property, without entering into fanaticism or proselytism. Personally, I have to admit that it has given me very valuable material, which for many years I tried to find and had not been able to obtain. And as a plus, it has also been useful to me as a content producer since it has clarified many confusions.

In one of those videos, I heard that all human beings can do magic, and not only sorcerers as they show us in Hollywood movies. With this kind of magic or witchcraft we can do beatitudes or curses -doing the latter is not the idea, but admittedly it is a possibility- depending on our intention. However, the results will not happen instantaneously, nor unnaturally, but on the contrary, through a slow and progressive work where focus and concentration play a primordial role.

We all can do magic, we all have power, we should not judge ourselves a priori, we have to erase those programs that block us. We become that which we create within ourselves that we are. In many ways, we are all occultists, what we need as well as in many other things in life, is to become aware of it.

See you soon.

No sabemos qué quieren.

@tipu curate 2
