It is hard enough to love a woman,
it is to roll the stone of Sisyphus if they are poets,
they venerate her word,
to the sun that dawns,
to the signs given by the birds of the sky,
time as an implacable god,
they go through life without fear,
with their chests open,
delicate as butterfly wings,
but they have in their eyes two horses of fire,,
to be with them is to love the streams,
to embrace the wind,
they were born predestined to adore two things,
their solitude and their poetry.

Ya es cuesta arriba amar a una mujer,
es rodar la piedra de Sísifo si son poetas,
ellas veneran su palabra,
al sol que amanece,
a las señales que dan las aves del cielo,
al tiempo como dios implacable,
van por la vida sin miedo,
con su pecho abierto,
delicadas como alas de mariposas,
pero tienen en sus ojos dos caballos de fuego,
estar con ellas es amar los riachuelos,
abrazar al viento,
nacieron predestinadas para adorar dos cosas,
su soledad y su poesía.
