[ENG-ESP] TEOTIHUACÁN /Incredible, mysterious, evocative.

Teotihuacán or Teotihuacan translates as "place where men become gods", or also Teo uacan "City of the sun" is the name given to what was one of the largest pre-Hispanic cities in America.

It is an Incredible, Mysterious, evocative Place. A few minutes from Mexico City is the largest monument in this beautiful city "La Piramide del Sol", it is sixty-three meters high.

In turn, the Pyramid of the Moon is one of the oldest buildings in Teotihuacan located towards the north side, smaller than its companion.

Teotihuacán o Teotihuacan se traduce como ''lugar donde los hombres se convierten en dioses”, o también Teo uacan “Ciudad del sol” es el nombre que se da a la que fue una de las mayores ciudades prehispánicas de America.

Es un Lugar Increíble, Misterioso, evocador. A pocos minutos de la Ciudad de Mexico está el monumento más grande de esta hermosa ciudad “La Piramide del Sol”, cuenta con sesenta y tres metros de altura.

A su vez, la Pirámide de la Luna es uno de los edificios más antiguos de Teotihuacan situada hacia el lado norte, de menor tamaño que su compañera.

Los dioses aguardaban de un momento a otro la aparición de Nanahuatzin en algún lugar del cielo, ya transformado en sol. Y el sol llegó del oriente pintado de rojo, hiriendo la vista, esplendoroso, proporcionando calor. Tecuciztécatl llegó después, brillando con igual intensidad. Los dioses se preguntaban qué hacer con dos soles. Alguno tomó un conejo y con él abofeteó al segundo sol, opacando su brillo y transformándolo en la Luna.
