Alive and Thriving 04.21.24 Planting Flowers!

So friends I had not posted in #aliveandthriving for a few weeks - and thought now is a good time to get back into things again!
And I have the right post for it, keeping #aliveandthriving in mind!
"Planting Flowers"!
I got the idea a few weeks ago to plant some flowers on the front porch. And since for the last years everything plant wise I had was purchased as a plant, not raised from seed I wanted to give that a try for a change.
So I went to the store and purchased some "Zinnia" seeds (Giant Double Scarlet Flame),
and some very interesting Sunflowers that I do not believe I have seen before. They are called, "Dwarf Teddy Bear Sunflowers" and grow just two feet tall.
To try and make sure the project is a success I got some decent soil,
Looks like it should be good right?
And here they are planted. I decided on some designs with the seeds, so let's see how they come up!
I also replanted my English Ivy plant and put three of the "Teddy Bear" seeds in there. If it works out... They should look pretty good as well!
I will keep everyone posted on their growth over the next week's.
