I have a suggestion...
Have you ever heard of,
"Swamp Coolers"?
There are many designs and the idea is about the same. They do work - living in a hot place myself I know!
(you can Google it)

I choose "Happy" myself!

Ohh thank you for the suggestion. I did look it up and I have two little ones (Japanese product supposedly) that cools with addition of water. My trouble with the big ones is water spillage. I do pray summer here will be over soon. 😂🤣 stay cool!
