So my friends I had been recognizing that I had been missing the #wednesdaywalk for awhile now. I had hoped to post something the community the last few weeks - but always one thing or another! This weeks #wednesdaywalk
Is a "day in the life", as I went nowhere specific - but did get around the island!
So I started my day like most over at the old place I used to live in the other side of the island. Here is the Cottonwood tree I planted with my old roommate 17 years ago. It was in a box the size of a milk carton,

This is the Mandeville there, here is a flower,

And here a few buds,

The Shrimp plant is also looking pretty healthy,

And a few new flowers,

The Lily plant from a few weeks ago is also getting ready to take off,

Spring is in full swing here!
I almost forgot, this year's crop (😅) of Sulfer plants. These are early!

And another,

After the flowers, I saw the neighbor let his animals out. Pretty cool as they like me - as much as possible!
Here is his Chickens - hens.

And this is the black and white one alone,

And.... "Lola"!
Lola is the "Greatest" dog, dispite her appearance. She protects all the other animals (that belong there)! She is there now to make sure no one is messing with the Chickens, she knows me so its OK,

And then I went back to my house, and took a ride on the bike out to the water, by the park road.
This is a view of a few little tidal pools with birds (you may have to enlarge the Image). The Sky was very blue, and the reflection made the water blue as well,

And I took this image because of the way the brush line goes right down to the water. I never actually looked at it before and thought it looked pretty interesting!
