Experience doesn´t retire | Ladies of Hive | Community Contest No. 118
Para esta iniciativa, siento que mi mente ha brincado de alegría, por lo que he aceptado la invitación que hizo mi querida amiga @purrix para participar.
For this initiative, I feel that my mind has leapt with joy, so I have accepted the invitation made by my dear friend @purrix to participate.
Si bien es cierto que estamos en un país muy cambiante, con situaciones muy especiales, para no entrar en detalles, en innegable que los años siguen pasando a una escala directamente proporcional a nuestra edad; es por ello, que las bases que hemos ido creando hoy, nos ayudarán a crear nuevas para el futuro y los activos más preciados de la vida, como son: la familia y la amistad, deben fortalecerse día a día.
En cinco años, con el favor de Dios, estaré gozando del beneficio de una jubilación laboral, aunque soy de las que piensan que: "la experiencia NO se jubila", por el contrario, podemos ayudar a otros a crecer, formar académicamente a nuestra generación de relevo; más allá de estar en casa realizando quehaceres del hogar, cuidando mascotas y hablando con la vecina, me visualizo dando charlas de superación y crecimiento personal, enseñando contabilidad y administración de manera independiente, atendiendo mi propio negocio de joyería artesanal, disfrutando de un buen vino entre amigas al final de la tarde cada fin de semana, asimismo, disfrutar del placer de viajar como turista dentro y fuera de mi país y, al llegar a casa, volver a una rutina matutina de benéficos paseos matutinos o vespertinos para mantenerme saludable, por supuesto no podía faltar la creación de contenido para Hive en una etapa de "C...sin-Cuenta"; obviamente, ya sin la presión de cumplir un horario, mas bien, disfrutando del placer de vivir de la mejor manera posible.
In five years, with God's favour, I will be enjoying the benefit of an occupational retirement, although I am one of those who think that "experience is NOT retirement": "On the contrary, we can help others to grow, to train academically our successor generation; beyond being at home doing household chores, looking after pets and talking to the neighbour, I visualise myself giving talks on self-improvement and personal growth, teaching accounting and administration independently, running my own handcrafted jewellery business, enjoying a good wine with friends at the end of the afternoon every weekend, enjoying the pleasure of travelling as a tourist inside and outside my country and, when I get home, going back to a morning routine of beneficial morning or afternoon walks to keep myself healthy, of course I could not miss the creation of content for Hive in a "C...sin Cuenta" stage; obviously, no longer under pressure to keep to a schedule, but rather, enjoying the pleasure of living the best way possible.

Sabes, ahorita recordé que hace mucho tiempo un señor fue un gran ejemplo de lo que dices y otro me dió un buen consejo. El primero fue un señor que sus 60 y avanzados años se puso a estudiar la carrera de Educación, era un señor participativo y muy analítico, fue un ejemplo para todos los que éramos más jóvenes que él; no terminó la carrera porque nos dejó físicamente y si mal no recuerdo, le dieron el título post mortem. El otro señor fue mi jefe en el colegio y un día lo fui a visitar a su casa porque estaba enfermo; me dijo que no dejara de hacer lo que quisiera para lamentarlo después cuando no pudiera hacerlo, siempre y cuando no afectara a los demás.

Thank you friend, I have certainly been preparing for my retirement for some time now; a retiree in my country is not valued as it should be, therefore, we must continue to build our future and the best way is to cultivate friendship and keep our minds busy, learning and passing on what will be our legacy. A big hug!
Retirement sounds good if we live on a much more relaxed schedule of family life. I feel like retiring sooner than later but I still have many financial responsibilities to achieve before I do. Besides, Nursing work I still find satisfying.

Thank you for your comment; certainly, we will all, at some point, make the decision to retire, but as long as our work reflects the best of us in others, we can continue, because we don't do it out of obligation, but out of love. Is such a important thing and so many people need this (Me included)
I think we need a push sometimes and incuragement from someone to belive in ourselves, find our passion and grow as a person.
Like when I came to hive I was shy and didn't belive in myself like I wished to. But after meeting amazing People Who belived in me, and pushed me to go out of my comfort zone, I grown alot and done things I always wanted to but never thought I could.
We need People like you and I bet you will change many lives and make a impact in more ways you know.
