Relieve Stress With This Homemade Bath Salt
Today, I want to share with you my favorite bath salt recipe. This natural bath salt helps relieve stress and anxiety, improve circulation and purify the skin. Bath salts are a great gift, but store-bought versions can be expensive. Thankfully, scented bath salts are extremely simple to make and you can personalize the scent for a perfect gift!
DIY Bath Salts Recipe
Ingredients:
1-2 Cups Real Salt/Himalayan Salt/Epsom Salt
4-5 drops essential oil of your choice
Measurements will really depend on the amount you want to make and the intensity of the scent you want. Pour the salt in a plastic or glass bowl. Drop in the essential oil and mix by hand. Use gloves if you like.
Store in an air-tight container overnight. Check the scent in the morning, add more oil if needed.
