Need an explanation of Leo Finance and the rest of the platforms

Can you explain to me that in platforms like (Hive - Peak - Leo - Ecency - Steem) and especially Leo Finance there are completely different points from the rest. And there are also platforms like Hive and Ecency that are 80% identical. And in all these
platforms it is accessible with the Hivesigner key. Is it derived from Steem?

Hive is blockchain that is forked from steem.
