Enjoy the beauty of nature at Tubaru Valley of Love, Kaoishiung, Taiwan.

Sometimes, while we are going for a road trip going to Duona Suspension Bridge Maolin and Fo Guang Shan Monastery we happened to drop by at Lovers' Valley at Kaoshiung Taiwan. Which will be my entry for #Wednesdaywalk hosted by @tattoodjay and #makemesmile by @elizacheng.

While on the road, I couldn't help but commend the government of Taiwan. It clearly shows they aren't corrupt, unlike in my country, lol. Why do I say so? That was because of how good the road is, even driving to the countryside. It was like in the city one. Spacious and cemented with complete traffic lights. No traffic enforcer on the road, yet everyone was compliant with the traffic regulations, or else you would receive a letter with the penalty amount for your violation.

Yes, the lights say Go for the vehicles, yet there is NONE. If this was in the Philippines, surely the diver would drive past the intersection 🤣.

After a few more minutes of driving, we finally arrived at our destination.

However, luck wasn't on our side as it was close to the public.

I guess that was because there was an incoming typhoon. Thus, we managed to go near the waterfalls.

The signage says Valley of love as it was supposed to be waterfalls, like lovers side by side. Thus, there was no water flowing, yet you could see traces and marks of water.

How I wish I could get down and feel the coldness of fresh water. I know it is as I love to swim in falls or rivers rather than on beaches. It wasn't bitter to the taste, and no sunburn after. What I was only afraid of was leeches. I would surely cry!

The water down was not that deep, yet not too shallow. You can still have a dip or simply walk around. They told us that before the pandemic, this was one of the most visited tourist destinations. Some even set up a small barbeque party. Thus, after everything was back to normal, it seemed people were used to staying at home. It could be too that there were no other tourists from us because the weather wasn't that good.

One thing I can assure you here is that you can find a moment of peace! But not in my case!

There were five of us, yet they kept on following me around. Literally, come near me; it feels like they are sniffing my legs. That made me wonder if they find my legs appetizing to have a bite 🤣.

No, I don't hate dogs, yet not a dog lover to the point I would pet even strangers. I am afraid to get bitten!

See? It doesn't want to leave me behind, especially the black one! Oh no! Have mercy on me 🤣. Maybe he wants some milk tea? What do you think?

Supposed we are going to trek up here,

Did you spot the handrails on the left side? However, there was also a signage that was close to the public. We are not that brave to break the law in this foreign land! Also, it rained probably last night, and by just looking at we know that it could be a little bit challenging. Yes, I am into the challenge, but hubby isn't! He was worried I might slip! Goodness, what am I? Weak? Sometimes, I need to remind him I grew up in the countryside. They say, up there it was more beautiful, and you can see the main falls!.

Well, maybe next time, who knows, I will be back here again in 2025. 0r 2026? Maybe it's time for baby number 2 😄🤣.
