It was a green walk at Pasig Rainforest Adventure Park. The sky is gray, but the hearts are yellow, a happy day.

As I visited the flower fields and chased some butterflies, before going in that part, I started here.

After paying $0.35 and claiming my official receipts, I started walking around, and this will be my entry in #Wednesdaywalk hosted by @tattoodjay and #makemesmile by @elizacheng.

To familiarize myself and I wanted to know what to expect, I stopped by the Directory. Does anyone do the same?

Supposedly, I would start at the Butterfly Garden but unfortunately, it was still close to the public. Or there are no butterflies at all. I am still trying to figure out why.

A few steps away was this signage to serve as a guide. Since it's the weekend, I know many people are at the water park. Well, it's family day, and kids love to swim. So, I walk straight ahead to the Train station.

Yet I was greeted by a dinosaur!

Daddy! I am scared!, heard a little girl shouting while hugging her father's leg.

No darling, it won't bite you, just a statuette. Come on, stand by here; I will take you a photo. I love how he convinces the toddler, but naa! It keeps on clinging to her gather like a koala.

I guessed it was the size that scared the little one. Not to mention, at the front, there was a rhinosaurus.

A kiddie train was not even enough to divert her attention.

How could it be if it is not working? A few activities are available at the moment.

Look at the sky, it may look dull and grey, but it is in contrast of what the crowds feel! No amount of money could buy the level of happiness felt it is spent with the family. Especially in the heart of a kid.

What the heck, seriously! The management needs renovation as this now looks like a Manananggal to me 🤣.

Okay, this one looks excellent! Walking here, makes me anticipate seeing something worth it at the end. Do you think I did?

Well, seen in the benches and cottages are groups of people either having a good time, practicing for something, or couples holding hands while leaning toward each other.

It is much better to detour rather than mind them and feel jealous in times like this. I am just a human, and sometimes, though it makes me smile seeing like this, I also feel blue 😆.

The **Boating Lagoon allows you to rent a boat and enjoy paddling around the lake. As I look down, there are a lot of school fish!

Seeing these two enjoying themselves at the lake, I felt envious, as I wasn't allowed. Why? This should be done by two. Maybe about balancing? I don't have a companion, so I entertain myself walking around.

Excuse me, Ma'am, but you cannot go beyond that point. The staff called my attention.

Huh? And why? I ask.

It is only for those who paid for the boating rentals. He explained.

What? But I am willing to pay, yet I wasn't allowed to. What am I going to do then?

Oh, okay, ma'am, you may walk around, but do it fast, okay? The Security guard might spot you. He uttered, maybe feeling defeated or considerable.

There was only a small pathway, enough for two people to walk while strolling around. Not that far away was a wooden bridge where you could stand to see the full view of the lagoon.

Only one pair is enjoying the lake tour, and that was the kid earlier with her Dad. Though I was a little bit far, I could hear faint laughter's and giggles. So she loves water, huh?

Not only that, but I admire the father for being so patient and sweet.

Who says carrying this colorful kiddo bag would make a man less man? What, I couldn't get the exact words, but for me, this makes him a real man! In my eyes!
