WE130 - Expressing my gratitude to Her.

Gratitude, I am not even sure if what I have done was enough just to let you know, and I feel grateful for having you in my life! Nanay ( how I addressed my mother), I know we could not choose a mother the moment we were born. That is why I am so grateful that I had you.

I mean not only me, it's the entire family! My siblings and I had seen all your sacrifices and hard work to give us the best. Not only that, but to have a complete family. I wonder if I could do the same if I were in your shoe.
Waking up early in the morning and preparing to go to the city to sell different merchandise to earn money for our needs.

I never forgot those times when some of our neighbors would mock you for sending us to school despite the fact that you mainly borrowed money for our allowance. Thank you so much for not listening to them as you believe Education was the only treasure you can give to all your children.

Nay, for all those times you choose to give up your presentable clothes cutting and sewing them just for us to have a branch new clothes for our school activities. It may not be branded, but we are always so proud wearing with the thought it was made by you pouring out your love.

For all those times, I never hesitated to go to school if someone had gone me wrong or I was a victim of bullying. I could clearly remember how you scolded my teacher during my elementary days just because she didn't allow me to go out mid of her discussion to pee.

Yet, most of all, thank you for not sheltering me. Instead, you showed me what the real world was supposed to be. I did grow up without hallucinations of something perfect rather, be realistic.

I had so much to say, but a day is enough; they say the action is better than words. We are hoping that you feel our love. So stay back at home, chill, and we all have your back. Just tell us what your heart desires, and my siblings and I will work hard. After all, it's you who is the reason why we strive. No need to worry, as you did a great job raising your girls into responsible ladies!
We could trade Father but not you, kidding!
