Mass indoctrination Day Replay // 30-12-21

Thanks be to God..am happy am privileged once again to share with you all what I learn from Mass Indoctrination Day 10 reply held on zoom.

What are the important points we have learned from the words of God discussed in the Zoom meeting?

The things I learn form the teachings are as follows;

(1) I learnt about the major compartment of man which is the
a. Inward
b. Outward

The scripture admonishes us to pay attention to the inward man and not focus solely on the outward. Our adornment should be on the inner man and not the outward which we adorn with gold,plaiting of hair and putting on of apparel. Those who focus on adorning the outward part end up being proud and arrogant because of what they feel they have and we can see how God judged the children of Isreal who got caught up in this outward adorning according to Isaiah 3:16-24

The inward man that is in line with God's will and commandment and not otherwise will always want to do good and help others and that is why we must take time to examine ourselves to see if we are what God intend that we be or otherwise. We are to check if we are still in faith or not.

(2)Human being tends to forget God when their focus is more on the outward than the inward. They become more conscious of their look even to the detrimental to their faith or the growth of the people around. We can see this in Hosea 2:13. Our outward adornment should be with modesty and shamefacedness and sobriety. This is only when we can please God according to 1Timothy 2:9
We also have to be very careful when making reference to "God looks at the inward and not the outward". Many hide under this to do all manner of things such as dressing half naked which is not in line with what God command. The outward actually show what we really are on the inside.

(3).The inward man is the one hidden form the physical eyes while the outward is what is obvious for all to see. The intent of God for man is that what man has inside should be reflected outside because man is made in God image. But what we see today is that some has chosen their path in that the inward man is totally wicked and beastly.That is why we see so many bad behaviours and dubious act all over the world.

What are our former beliefs or expectation that was improved for listening at the Zoom meeting?

The former believe I have is in line with the lesson learnt but attending the study broadened my understanding about the lesson and made me see better on how to treat the inward and the outward man

How does the study affect us that can make us a better person that we can use in our daily lives?

This lesson has really broadened my understanding,I now know that God is also more concerned about my outward appearance just like he is also concerned about my inward man too.
