Ciao amici ed actifiters,
Oggi supero i 6.000 passi, almeno mi discosto anche se di poco dai 5.000 che è lo standard degli ultimi giorni.

Stamattina sono stato dal dentista per fare l'annuale pulizia dei denti e quello che vedete in foto il quadro che avevo di fronte in sala d'attesa. Bello vero?

Sì, effettivamente un bel quadro,vi dentisti hanno di solito buon gusto nello scegliere i quadri delle sale di aspetto, ci devono ben predisporre al peggio!!!😆😆😆
