Ciao amici ed actifiters,
il girasole è una pianta bellissima , sarà per il colore giallo vivo, sarà perché da piccolo mi piaceva mangiare i suoi semi e quindi ho dei bei ricordi collegati a questa pianta, comunque, quando vedo un girasole devo assolutamente fotografarlo.

Per quanto riguarda l'attività fisica supero di poco i 5.000 passi, ma la domenica è dedicata alla famiglia e al relax, motivo per cui sono comunque soddisfatto.
