Hi friends and actifiters,
today during my usual mini walk during work break I have a pleasant and sweet meeting ...

Among the leaves of a house fence I see a muzzle of a puppy dog appear.

I love nature and I love animals so much and this puppy that was looking for cuddles made my special break.

My break lasted five more minutes ...

Stroking a puppy is perhaps one of the most powerful antistresses in the world ... at least for me.

Ciao amici ed actifiters,
oggi durante la mia solita mini passeggiata durante la pausa di lavoro faccio un piacevole e dolce incontro...

Tra le foglie di un recinto di un'abitazione vedo spuntare un muso di un cucciolo di cane.

Adoro la natura e mi piacciono tanto gli animali e questo cucciolo che cercava coccole ha reso la mia pausa speciale.

La mia pausa è durata cinque minuti in più...

Accarezzare un cucciolo è forse uno degli antistress più potenti al mondo...almeno per me.
