dCrops is an NFT-based farming game developed and built on the blockchain of Hive.
In the dCrops game, time is marked by seasons that are the same as in real life but have a duration of only 15 days.
At the time I start writing this post, there are 15 hours and 55 minutes left until the end of the spring season and I want to share the operations I perform every end of the season and when there are only a few hours left until the end of the season.

The operations I perform a few hours before the end of each dCrops season are as follows:

• check whether I have planted seeds and whether I have not yet harvested.
• check if I have completed or can complete all seasonal quests
• decide which farm products (Crops) to sell and which to keep in my Inventory.

In the Farm section of dCrops I have only 2 Strawberry seeds that are planted and are not matured yet but the time to maturity is longer than the time remaining before the end of the season and therefore I will not be able to do the harvest operation to get strawberry type crops.

The second operation I perform is to check from the Dashboard section my situation regarding the Seasonal Quests.

As you can see from the image below I still have 4 quests to complete out of a total of 7 quests.

To receive the seasonal reward I must necessarily complete all the quests.

Among the four quests I have yet to complete, two require me to sell crops that I could not obtain in the current season (spring) because they are obtainable from seeds planted in other seasons:

• Sell 3 Blueberry
• Sell 1 Pumpkin

If I were a new player and if I had started my farming adventure during the current season of dCrops I would necessarily have had to press on the Reroll button twice, spend 20 CROP (10 CROP for each Reroll) and hope to receive a completable quest.

Fortunately, I am not a new player and have long chosen to follow the strategy of not selling all the crops I get in a season.

In my inventory I try to keep 6 crops for each crop type and each quality type (1-2-3 stars).

The 3-star quality crops are hard to get and I have few of them while I have many 2-star and 3-star quality crops.

I have constructed a table that I update every end of the season and use to choose which crops to sell and which to keep.

As you can see from the table below I have:

• 6 Blueberry (1 star) - I need to sell 3 to complete the quest
• 6 Pumpkin (1 star) - I need to sell 1 to complete the quest
• 1 Cauliflower (2 stars) - I have to sell 1 to complete the quest
• 6 Wheat (2 stars) - I need to sell 1 to complete the quest

I have everything I need to complete the seasonal quests so I went to the inventory section of dcrops and sold all the crops I listed above.

Tip: if you have a lot of crops in your inventory I recommend using the key combination Ctrl+F to save time because there are only two filters in the inventory section and they don't allow you to quickly search for a specific crop ;)

As you can see from the following image I have completed all the seasonal quests and can click on Claim Reward to receive 15 chests.

Before I see the contents of the quests chests I go to the inventory section and select which crops to sell and which not to sell and update the table I showed earlier

Selling crops season by season I have to check and sell only the crops that I got from harvest operations in the current season (spring).

I sold the following crops:

• 16 Strawberry crops (1 star)
• 11 Potato crops (1 star)
• 3 Broccoli (2 stars)
• 36 Broccoli (1 star)
• 30 Kale (1 star)
• 5 Rosemary (1 star)

From the sale of the crops I listed above, I obtained 844 shares points which will be useful for me to enter the Leaderboards and to receive an amount of CROP tokens when the season is over.

With the sale of crops, I also obtained a total of 290 Halloween Candy which are the newly introduced by dCrops.

In fact, there is a promotion going on called dCrops Halloween Celebration.
This promotion started on October 31 and will end on December 1.

Halloween candies are points that can be obtained by completing different game actions on dCrops and can be exchanged to obtain different game items including Coffins.

1 Coffin out of 20 contains a Gold Ticket.
3 Gold Tickets can be exchanged for 1 Alpha pack.
2 Gold Tickets can be exchanged for 1 Beta pack.

In the screenshot below you can see what you can buy with Halloween Candy points.

In the conclusion of this post I want to share the opening of the 15 chests that I received as a reward for completing the Spring Season Quests.

Will I be able to find the Resource Gold Ore card that is the most valuable card found within the chests?

To date, I have never found a Gold Ore card, and the time has come to find out whether luck will be my friend or enemy...

In the following two images you can see the contents of the 15 chests I opened today.

Inside the chests I found:

• 10 Boosters
• 3 NFT Stone (market value per single NFT: 1,347 SWAP.HIVE - 420 CROP)
• 1 NFT Wood (market value per single NFT: 1,600 SWAP.HIVE - 520 CROP)
• 1 NFT Copper Ore (market value per single NFT: 1,650 SWAP.HIVE - 750 CROP)

I did not find a Gold Ore card but I am still satisfied with the total value of the reward I received: 7,847 SWAP.HIVE mainly because the time it took me to get this reward and value was very little.

La mia operatività di fine stagione + Focus sui semi primaverili + La mia ultima ricompensa delle quests

dCrops è un gioco di farming basato su NFT sviluppato e costruito sulla blockchain di Hive.
Nel gioco di dCrops il tempo è scandito dalle stagioni che sono le stesse della vita reale ma hanno una durata di soli 15 giorni.
Nel momento in cui inizio a scrivere questo post mancano 15 ore e 55 minuti alla fine della stagione estiva e voglio condividere le operazioni che eseguo ogni fine stagione e quando mancano poche ore alla fine della stagione.

Le operazioni che eseguo poche ore prima della fine di ogni stagione di dCrops sono le seguenti:

• controllo se ho semi piantati e se non ho ancora effettuato il raccolto
• verifico se ho completato o se posso completare tutte le quests stagionali
• decido quali prodotti agricoli (Crops) vendere e quali tenere

Nella sezione Farm di dCrops ho solo 2 semi Strawberry che sono piantati e non sono ancora maturi ma il tempo di maturazione è superiore al tempo rimanente prima della fine della stagione e quindi non potrò effettuare l'operazione di raccolto per ottenere i crops di tipo strawberry.

La seconda operazione che eseguo è controllare dalla sezione Dashboard la mia situazione relativa alle Quests stagionali.

Come puoi vedere dall'immagine seguente ho ancora 4 quests da completare su un totale di 7 quests.

Per ricevere la ricompensa stagionale devo completare necessariamente tutte le quests.

Tra le quattro quests che devo ancora completare due richiedono di vendere dei crops che non potevo ottenere nella stagione in corso (primavera) perchè sono ottenibili da semi piantabili in altre stagioni:

• Sell 3 Blueberry
• Sell 1 Pumpkin

Se fossi stato un nuovo giocatore e se avessi iniziato la mia avventura di coltivatore durante la stagione in corso di dCrops avrei dovuto necessariamente premere sul tasto Reroll due volte, spendere 20 CROP (10 CROP per ogni Reroll) e sperare di ricevere una quest completabile.

Fortunatamente non sono un nuovo giocatore e da tempo ho scelto di seguire la strategia di non vendere tutti i crops che ottengo in una stagione.

Nel mio inventario cerco di conservare 6 crops per ogni tipologia di crop e per ogni tipologia di qualità (1-2-3 stelle).

I crops di qualità 3 stelle è difficile ottenerli e ne ho pochi mentre ho molti crops di qualità 2 e 3 stelle.

Ho costruito una tabella che aggiorno ogni fine stagione e che mi serve per scegliere quali crops vendere e quali conservare.

Come puoi vedere dalla tabella seguente ho:

• 6 Blueberry (1 stella) - ne devo vendere 3 per completare la quest
• 6 Pumpkin (1 stella) - ne devo vendere 1 per completare la quest
• 1 Cauliflower (2 stelle) - ne devo vendere 1 per completare la quest
• 6 Wheat (2 stelle) - ne devo vendere 1 per completare la quest

Ho tutto l'occorrente per completare le quest stagionali e così sono andato nella sezione inventory di dcrops è ho venduto tutti i crops che ho elencato sopra.

Tip: se hai molti crop nel tuo inventario ti consiglio di utilizzare la combinazione di tasti Ctrl+F per risparmiare tempo perchè i filtri nella sezione inventory sono solo due e non permettono di ricercare velocemente un preciso crop ;)

Come puoi vedere dall'immagine seguente ho completato tutte le quests stagionali e posso cliccare su Claim Reward per ricevere 15 forzieri.

Prima di vedere il contenuto dei forzieri delle quests vado nella sezione inventory e scelgo quali prodotti agricoli vendere e quali no e aggiorno la tabella che ho mostrato prima

Vendendo i crops stagione per stagione devo controllare e vendere solo i crops che ho ottenuto dalle operazioni di harvest nella stagione in corso (primavera).

Ho venduto i seguenti crops:

• 16 Strawberry (1 stella)
• 11 Potato crops (1 stella)
• 3 Broccoli (2 stelle)
• 36 Broccoli (1 stella)
• 30 Kale (1 stella)
• 5 Rosemary (1 stella)

Dalla vendita dei crops che ho elencato sopra ho ottenuto 844 punti shares che mi saranno utili per entrare nella Leaderboards e per ricevere un quantitativo di token CROP quando la stagione sarà terminata.

Con la vendita dei crops ho ottenuto anche un totale di 290 Halloween Candy che sono la novità introdotta di recente da dCrops.

Infatti è in corso una promozione che si chiama dCrops Halloween Celebration.
Questa promozione è iniziata il 31 ottobre e terminerà il 1 dicembre.

Gli Halloween candy sono dei punti che è possibile ottenere completando diverse azioni di gioco su dCrops e che possono essere scambiati per ottenere diversi elementi di gioco tra cui i Coffin.

1 Coffin su 20 contiene un Gold Ticket.
3 Gold Ticket possono essere scambiati con 1 Alpha pack.
2 Gold Ticket possono essere scambiati con 1 Beta pack.

Nello screenshot seguente puoi vedere cosa è possibile acquistare con i punti Halloween Candy.

Nella conclusione di questo post voglio condividere l'apertura l'apertura dei 15 forzieri che ho ricevuto come premio per aver completato le Quests della stagione primaverile.

Riuscirò a trovare la carta Resource Gold Ore che è la carta di maggior valore trovabile all'interno dei forzieri?

Fino ad oggi non ho mai trovato una carta Gold Ore ed è arrivato il momento di scoprire se la fortuna mi sarà amica o nemica...

Nelle due immagini seguenti puoi vedere il contenuto dei 15 forzieri che ho aperto oggi.

All'interno dei forzieri ho trovato:

• 10 Boosters
• 3 NFT Stone (valore di mercato per singolo NFT: 1.347 SWAP.HIVE - 420 CROP)
• 1 NFT Wood (valore di mercato per singolo NFT: 1.600 SWAP.HIVE - 520 CROP)

Non ho trovato una carta Gold Ore ma sono comunque soddisfatto del valore totale della ricompensa che ho ricevuto: 7.847 SWAP.HIVE soprattutto perchè il tempo che ho impiegato per ottenere questa ricompensa e questo valore è stato davvero poco.

Nota Importante:

Dcrops più che un gioco è un investimento e principalmente come tale dovrebbe essere trattato.
In ogni tipologia di investimento c'è sempre un fattore di rischio da valutare e considerare.
Io non sono un consulente finanziario e il mio post non vuole essere in alcun modo un invito ad investire su Dcrops ma è solo l'analisi e la condivisione del mio personale investimento su Dcrops in data 6 novembre 2022.

Il mio consiglio è di investire sempre e soltanto quello che puoi permetterti di perdere a cuor leggero!
