On Hive there are many beautiful communities but among all of them there is one community that has always distinguished itself for its incredible ability to experiment and create new projects within and even outside of Hive: Leofinance.

In today's post I want to share my appreciation and thoughts on the recent features released by Leofinance:

• the new User Interface
• the Leofinance community on Crew3.

In February Leofinance launched the new Leofinance User Interface in Open Alpha version which will become the new https://leofinance.io/ but only when all testing is completed and when all planned features are implemented.

The new Leofinance UI even if it is in Open Alpha version already has a good level of user-friendliness in my opinion and will be very useful for onboarding users from web 2.0 to the Hive blockchain.

Creating threads (message similar to a Tweet but posted on Hive) from the new UI is now much easier and requires only three simple steps.

After login at https://alpha.leofinance.io/threads:

• 1. You must write your Thread (max. 240 characters).
• 2. Then you have to click on Thread
• 3. Then you have to click on Confirm in the Hive Keychain screen.

In February, Leofinance also created a community on the Crew3 platform.

Crew3 is an interesting platform that I did not know about and discovered just thanks to Leofinance.

Leofinance organized an initial initiative (Feedback Campaign ended February 28) on Crew3 in which only Leofinance users with at least 2k LEO Staked = 2K LEO Power (LP) could participate.

The Feedback Campaign required completing simple missions such as:

• create a thread
• reply to a thread
• comment on a tweet posted by Leofinance

I participated in this initiative which I liked very much.

I didn't have much free time in February to complete many quests but I still had fun, completed 21 quests and accumulated 77 xp and am ranked #36 on the leaderboard.

On March 15 the second campaign of Leofinance will start on Crew3: the Adoption Campaign. The Adoption Campaign will be an initiative open to all Hive users (even those with 0 LEOs).

If you are a Hive user, I suggest you participate because you will be able to increase your level of interaction within the Leofinance community and at the same time have fun completing quests and accumulating XP points.

Participating in the Adoption Campaign will also allow you to compete for prizes because a Prize mount worth $10K will be distributed.

My Road to 6.5K LEO Power

In the Hive sea I am a Dolphin who would like to become a Orca.
In the Leoverse I am a Newborn Cub who would like to become a Cub and then continue to grow to become a Lion.

In the Leofinance community, the weight of users is determined by the amount of LEO staked = LEO Power.

LEO tokens are second-level tokens of the Hive blockchain and today March 2, 2023 1 LEO token has a value of:

• 0.11110525 SWAP.HIVE = $0.049 (Highest Bid)
• 0.11583000 SWAP.HIVE = $0.051 (Lowest Ask)

When a LEO token is staked it becomes a LEO Power (LP) token and the staking operation is called LEO Power UP:

LEO Liquids --> POWER UP --> LEO POWER (LP)

Fixed amounts of LEO POWER are associated with a status with benefits that increase from status to status:

• Newborn Cub - 2k Leo Power
• Cub - 5k Leo Power
• Lion - 15k Leo Power
• Leader of the Pack - 50k Leo Power
• Apex Lion - 150k Leo Power

The growth goal related to LP tokens that I would like to achieve before the end of the year 2023 is an amount of 6500 LP.

My LEO Annual Goal:

To be reached by December 31, 2023.

I started my road to 6500 LP on Jan. 3, 2023 when I set my goal and when I shared my accumulation plan and strategy in the following post: My LEO Goals for 2023: My Plan, My Strategy! (ENG/ITA)

It's time for me for me to check whether my accumulation plan is progressing well or whether I need to make changes to my strategy.

On February 2, 2023, I had a total of 2803.01 LEO (liquid+staked).

My main account is @libertycrypto27 with which I post content and interact on Hive but I have also created a curation account (@libertyleo27) with which I do not post content but vote on posts that have the leo or leofinance tag.

In the diagram below you can see the total amount of LEO tokens (liquid and staked) I have accumulated to date.

Today, March 2, 2023, I have a total of:

• 3183.13 LEO Power (LP)
• 117.26 LEO Liquids

As always, I do not Power Up my liquid LEO tokens only because I will do a unique Power Up on March 15, 2023 during the next LEO Power Up Day.

So I have accumulated a total of 3300.39 LEO (staked + liquids).

To monitor my progress toward 6500 LEO Power and to auto-motivate myself, I constructed a table in which I divided my annual goal into intermediate goals of monthly duration.
Each monthly goal will be smaller or larger based on my achievement in the previous month.

The goal I should reach in the month of February was an increase of 311.32 LEO (liquid + staked) but my monthly increase was only 224.90 LEO.

Because I didn't reach my increase goal for February my next monthly increase goals are: 311.32 -> 319.96 (LEO + LP) and in March I must try to accumulate 319.96 LEO.

For the second month in a row, I have not reached my monthly intermediate goal.
In order to get smoothly to my final goal, I need to start taking action in some way.

I have set an annual goal that is not easy to reach and I knew it well when I set it.

To change the negative results of the last two months, I decided to increase my delegation to @leo.voter.

Today I increased my delegation from 1000 HP to 1200 HP.

Each month I will add 200 HP to my delegation until I bring my monthly intermediate goals to 250 LEOs.

In this way and based on my calculations I should be able to reach my annual goal even with monthly increments of about 250 LEOs.

Setting goals is the first step to achieving them and trying to reach an amount of 6500 LEO Power by the end of 2023 will be a difficult but challenging and fun goal to achieve.

Leofinance Crew3, New UI, L'iniziativa Adoption Campaign e il mio obiettivo: 6.5K LEO Power!

Hive è una blockchain DPOS (Delegate Proof Of Stake) dove vive un bellissimo ecosistema di siti, apps e comunità che è in continua evoluzione.

Nel post di oggi voglio condividere il mio apprezzamento e le mie considerazioni sulle recenti funzionalità rilasciate da Leofinance:

• la nuova User Interface
• la crew3 di Leofinance

Nel mese di febbraio Leofinance ha lanciato la nuova Leofinance User Interface in versione Open Alpha che diventerà con molta probabilità la nuova https://leofinance.io/ ma solo quando saranno terminati tutti i test e quando saranno implementate tutte le funzionalità in programma.

La nuova UI Leofinance anche se è in versione Open Alpha ha già un buon livello di user-friendliness secondo me e sarà molto utile per l'onboarding di utenti dal web 2.0 alla blockchain di Hive.

Creare un threads (messaggio simile ad un Tweet ma pubblicato su Hive) dalla nuova UI è adesso molto più semplice e richiede solo tre semplici passi.

Dopo aver fatto il login su https://alpha.leofinance.io/threads:

1. Devi scrivere il tuo Thread (max. 240 caratteri)
2. Poi devi cliccare su Thread
3. Poi devi cliccare su Confirm nella schermata di Hive Keychain

Nel mese di febbraio Leofinance ha anche creato una comunità sulla piattaforma Crew3.

Crew3 è un interessante piattaforma che non conoscevo e che ho scoperto proprio grazie a Leofinance.

Leofinance ha organizzato una prima iniziativa (Feedback Campaign) su Crew3 alla quale potevano partecipare solo gli utenti di Leofinance con almeno 2k LEO Staked = 2K LEO Power (LP).

La Feedback Campaign richiedeva di completare semplici missioni come ad esempio:

• creare un thread
• rispondere ad un thread
• commentare un tweet pubblicato da Leofinance

Io ho partecipato a questa iniziativa che mi è piaciuta molto.

Non ho avuto molto tempo a disposizione per completare molte missioni ma mi sono comunque divertito, ho completato 21 missioni e ho accumulato 77 xp e sono al posto numero 36 della classifica.

Il 15 marzo partirà la seconda campaign di Leofinance su Crew3: the Adoption Campaign. L'Adoption Campaign sarà un'iniziativa aperta a tutti gli utenti di Hive (anche chi ha 0 LEO).

My Road to 6.5K LEO Power

Nel mare di Hive sono un delfino che vorrebbe diventare un orca.
Nel Leoverse sono un Newborn Cub che vorrebbe diventare un Cub per poi continuare a crescere per diventare un Lion.

Nella comunità di Leofinance il peso degli utenti è determinato dal quantitativo di LEO staked = LEO Power.

I token LEO sono token di secondo livello della blockchain di Hive e oggi 2 marzo 2023 1 token LEO ha un valore di:

• 0.11110525 SWAP.HIVE = $0.049 (Highest Bid)
• 0.11583000 SWAP.HIVE = $0.051 (Lowest Ask)

Quando un token LEO viene messo in stake diventa un token LEO Power (LP) e l'operazione di staking si chiama LEO Power UP:

Ho iniziato il mio percorso verso i 6500 LP il 3 gennaio 2023 quando ho fissato il mio obiettivo e quando ho condiviso il mio piano di accumulo e la mia strategia nel seguente post: My LEO Goals for 2023: My Plan, My Strategy! (ENG/ITA)

E' arrivato il momento per me di verificare se il mio piano di accumulo procede bene o se devo apportare delle modifiche alla mia strategia.

Il 2 febbraio 2023 avevo un totale di 2803.01 LEO (liquidi+staked).

Il mio account principale è @libertycrypto27 con il quale pubblico contenuti e interagisco su Hive ma ho anche creato un curation account (@libertyleo27) con il quale non pubblico contenuti ma voto i post che hanno il tag leo o leofinance.

Nello schema seguente puoi vedere il quantitativo totale di token LEO (liquidi e staked) che ho accumulato fino ad oggi.

Oggi 2 marzo 2023 ho un totale di:

• 3183.13 LEO Power (LP)
• 117.26 LEO Liquidi

Come sempre non faccio il Power Up dei miei token LEO liquidi solo perchè farò un Power Up unico il 15 marzo 2023 durante il prossimo LEO Power Up Day.

Ho accumulato un totale di 3300.39 LEO (staked + liquids)

Per monitorare il mio percorso verso i 6500 LEO Power e per automotivarmi ho costruito una tabella in cui ho suddiviso l'obiettivo finale in obiettivi intermedi di durata mensile.
Ogni obiettivo mensile sarà più piccolo o più grande in base al risultato che avrò ottenuto nel mese precedente.

L'obiettivo che dovevo raggiungere nel mese di febbraio era un incremento di 311.32 LEO (liquidi + staked) ma il mio incremento mensile è stato solo di 224.90 LEO.

Poichè non ho raggiunto il mio obiettivo di incremento per il mese di febbraio i miei prossimi obiettivi mensili aumentano: 311.32 -> 319.96 (LEO + LP) e nel mese di marzo devo cercare di accumulare 319.96 LEO.

Per il secondo mese consecutivo non ho raggiunto l'obiettivo intermedio mensile.
Per arrivare in modo agevole al mio obiettivo finale devo iniziare ad intervenire in qualche modo.

Ho fissato un obiettivo annuale non facile da raggiungere e lo sapevo bene quando l'ho fissato.
Per invertire la tendenza negativa degli ultimi due mesi ho deciso di aumentare la mia delega a @leo.voter.

Oggi ho aumentato la mia delega da 1000 HP a 1200 HP.

Ogni mese aggiungerò 200 HP alla mia delega fino a quando non porterò i miei obiettivi intermedi mensili a 250 LEO.

In questo modo e in base ai miei calcoli dovrei riuscire a raggiungere il mio obiettivo annuale anche con incrementi mensili di circa 250 LEO.

Se anche tu stai accumulando i token LEO ma non hai fissato e condiviso degli obiettivi annuali dovresti farlo perchè c'è anche una bella iniziativa in corso organizzata dall'account @leogrowth.
