I play or have invested in almost every game created and developed on the Hive blockchain, I'm missing Hashkings but will start playing very soon.
All games on Hive require an initial investment except one: Rising Star.

Risign Star is a fun and easy to play game but it is above all a game that belongs to the Free To Play category because it does not have a registration fee and does not require an initial investment.
After logging in for the first time, the Rising Star player can complete his first mission, called Illegal Busking, for free.

The reward for completing the Illegal Busking mission is a random amount of STARBITS tokens in the value range [1 - 60].

In the most likely case (the average case: (1+60)/2) a new Rising Star player will get about 30 STARBITS tokens from completing his mission.

Before I started writing this post I completed 3 Illegal Busking missions and got:

• 37 STARBITS tokens (first mission)
• 10 STARBITS tokens (second mission)
• 55 STARBITS tokens (third mission)

STARBITS tokens are second level tokens on the Hive blockchain and can be bought, sold or transferred from any of the following sites:

• https://hive-engine.com/
• https://tribaldex.com/
• https://leodex.io/

Today January 15, 2021 the value of 1 STARBITS token is:

• 0.000125 SWAP.HIVE = (Highest BID)
• 0.000137 SWAP.HIVE = (Lowest Ask)

From completing the three Illegal Busking missions I have earned 102 STARBITS tokens whose value is 0.01277 SWAP.HIVE = $0.0167

I completed the 3 Illegal Busking missions just to show a possible start of a new Rising Star player but I have been a Rising Star player for over a year and the missions I complete daily have much higher rewards.

The missions and the "FANS Needed" requirement

The main part of the Rising Star game is the Missions section.
The missions are divided into 4 game zones and each game zone has a list of 7 missions that you can complete.
All missions have a minimum of 4 entry requirements:

• minimum number of Fans.

• Minimum Level to carry out the mission
• amount of time needed to complete the mission
• minimum amount of energy.

In each game zone the mission requirements have increasing values and the higher these values are, the higher the rewards you can get.

In this post I will focus on the Minimum number of FANS (Fans Needed) requirement of the missions and show how to increase the number of Fans permanently and as conveniently as possible while also taking into consideration an important element of the Rising Star game which is the EGO.

How to increase the number of FANS

Each Rising Star player has a Number of FANS which is given by the following sum:

Temporary FANS Number + Fixed FANS Number.

Temporary FANS can be obtained as an additional reward for completing missions.
They are called temporary because they have a limited time duration: 12 hours.

Fixed FANS are the result of the sum of the FANS attributes of the cards that make up a card collection.

The number of FANS can be seen in the Missions section of Rising Star (see image below).

It is unlikely that a Rising Star player will be able to complete the missions with the highest rewards in the first game zone (Home Town) with good frequency if they rely on luck and temporary FANS.

To permanently increase the number of FANS, it is necessary to buy cards from the Rising Star market.
Rising Star is not only a Free to Play game, but also an NFT-based game, and there are many cards that can be used to increase the number of FANS.

Rising Star cards can have up to four of the following attributes:

• FANS
• SKILL
• LUCK
• IM

To increase the number of FANS, simply purchase one or more cards that have the FANS attribute greater than 0.

For example, the R4 Female Rapper card has the following attributes:

• FANS: 50
• SKILL: 200
• LUCK: 4
• IM: 3

By purchasing this card, you can permanently increase the number of FANS by 50.

Which cards should you buy?

How to choose the best cards to buy in order to increase the number of NSAIDs (also taking into account the EGO factor)

In the game of Rising Star cards that have the FANS attribute greater than 0 are of four different types:

• People cards (not all but only a subset of these cards)
• Vehicles cards
• Boosters cards (the Fan Boost cards)
• Festival cards

In the game of Rising Star there is one important element to always consider: the EGO.
The EGO is an element that if not neutralized (EGO = 0) produces a decrease in the maximum reward of all missions.

Purchasing a card whose FANS attribute value is greater than the SKILL attribute value produces an increase in the EGO value.

To increase the number of FANS without also increasing the value of EGO I recommend buying only cards of type People that have the value of the FANS attribute less than or equal to the value of the SKILL attribute.

There are a total of 78 Rising Star cards that meet the FANS <= SKILL condition.

The FANS/HIVE ratio and the FANS/$ ratio

When I need to increase the number of my FANS I purchase the cards that have the best FANS/HIVE (or FANS/$) ratio.

The FANS/HIVE ratio indicates how many FANS I get for each HIVE token spent in purchasing a card that has the FANS attribute > 0.

The FANS/$ ratio indicates how many FANS I get for each dollar spent in the purchase of a card that has the FANS attribute > 0.

The best card to buy will be the one with the highest FANS/HIVE ratio value.

It is only necessary to calculate one of the two ratios, and the easiest to calculate is the FANS/HIVE ratio.

To calculate the FANS/HIVE ratio and the FANS/$ ratio I built myself a simple spreadsheet.

In the following image you can see all the cards for sale on the Rising Star market and the values of the FANS/HIVE ratio and the values of the FANS/$ ratio in relation to the two prices on the market for each card:

• price in SWAP.HIVE
• price in STARBITS

Today, January 15, 2021, the best possible purchase is the R131 Star Child card which has the highest FANS/HIVE ratio value (146.00) when purchased using STARBITS tokens as a payment method.

My purchases

I currently have a fixed number of FANS equal to 2169 but I need a total number of 3000 FANS in order to do the Full Band Headline mission of the County Tour area.

Thanks to the FANS/HIVE report indication, I selected and purchased the following cards:

• N.1 R131 Star Child card - 7499 STARBITS - FANS/HIVE: 146.00
• N.4 cards R131 Star Child - 7900 STARBITS - FANS/HIVE: 138.59
• N.1 card R109 Trevor - 5900 STARBITS - FANS/HIVE: 123.71

To make the purchase, I used https://nftm.art/buy/star which allows you to speed up the purchase of multiple cards at once and spent a total of 44999 STARBITS tokens.

After the purchase I went to the "Your Collection" section of Rising Star and clicked on "CLICK HERE" to add the purchased cards to my card collection.
This is required every time you purchase a card or open a pack of Rising Star cards.

After my purchase I updated the table and if you, dear reader, need to increase the number of your FANS you can buy the cards shown in the following image ;)

How to calculate the FANS/HIVE ratio and the FANS/$ ratio

If you also want to calculate the FANS/$ ratio and the FANS/HIVE ratio you need the following input data:

• the value in HIVE of the STARBITS tokens
• the $ value of HIVE tokens
• the value of STARBITS tokens in dollars and in HIVE
  
• the market value of Rising Star cards (STARBITS and SWAP.HIVE)
  

Then you just need to enter some simple formulas into your spreadsheet.

To calculate the FANS/HIVE ratio (using SWAP.HIVE) the formula is as follows:

Card FANS points / (Price in SWAP.HIVE of the card).

To calculate the ratio FANS/HIVE (using STARBITS) the formula is as follows:

Card FANS Points / (Price in STARBITS of the card * Value of 1 STARBITS in HIVE).

To calculate the FANS/$ ratio (using SWAP.HIVE) the formula is as follows:

Card FANS points / (Price in SWAP.HIVE of the card * Value of 1 HIVE in $)

For the FANS/$ ratio (using STARBITS) the formula is as follows:

FANS points of the card / (Price in STARBITS of the card * Value of 1 STARBITS in $)

Calculating the value of 1 STARBITS in $ is even easier:

Value of 1 STARBITS in HIVE * Value of 1 HIVE in $

Rising Star = Free 2 Play = Play 2 Earn!

Gioco o ho investito in quasi tutti i giochi creati e sviluppati sulla blockchain di Hive, mi manca Hashkings ma inizierò a giocare molto presto.
Tutti i giochi su Hive richiedono un investimento iniziale tranne uno: Rising Star.

Risign Star è un gioco divertente e semplice da giocare ma è soprattutto un gioco che appartiene alla categoria Free To Play perchè non ha un costo di iscrizione e non richiede un investimento iniziale.
Dopo il primo login il giocatore di Rising Star può completare in modo totalmente gratuito la sua prima missione che si chiama Illegal Busking.

Il premio per il completamento della missione Illegal Busking è un quantitativo casuale di token STARBITS compreso nel range di valori [1 - 60].

Nel caso più probabile (il caso medio: (1+60)/2) un nuovo giocatore di Rising Star otterrà circa 30 token STARBITS dal completamento della sua missione.

Prima di iniziare a scrivere questo post ho completato 3 missioni Illegal Busking e ho ottenuto:

• 37 token STARBITS (prima missione)

Ho completato le 3 missioni Illegal Busking solo per mostrare un possibile inizio di un nuovo giocatore di Rising Star ma io sono un giocatore di Rising Star da più di un anno e le missioni che completo io giornalmente hanno ricompense molto più alte.

Le missioni e il requisito "FANS Needed"

La parte principale del gioco di Rising Star è la sezione delle Missioni.
Le missioni sono divise in 4 zone di gioco e ogni zona di gioco ha una lista di 7 missioni che è possibile completare.
Tutte le missioni hanno un minimo di 4 requisiti di ingresso:

• minimum number of Fans.

• Minimum Level to carry out the mission
• amount of time needed to complete the mission
• minimum amount of energy.

In ogni zona di gioco i requisiti delle missioni hanno valori crescenti e più sono alti questi valori e più il premio ottenibile è maggiore.

In questo post mi focalizzerò sul requisito Minimum number of FANS (Fans Needed) delle missioni e mostrerò come aumentare il numero dei Fans in modo permanente e nel modo più conveniente possibile tenendo conto anche di un elemento importante del gioco di Rising Star che è l'EGO.

Come aumentare il numero dei FANS

Ogni giocatore di Rising Star ha un numero di FANS che è dato dalla seguente somma:

Numero FANS temporanei + Numero FANS fissi

I FANS termporanei si possono ottenere come ricompensa aggiuntiva dal completamento delle missioni.
Si chiamano temporanei perchè hanno una durata di tempo limitata: 12 ore.

I FANS fissi sono il risultato della somma degli attributi FANS delle carte che compongono una collezione di carte.

Il numero di FANS è visualizzabile all'interno della sezione Missions di Rising Star (vedi immagine seguente).

Difficilmente un giocatore di Rising Star riuscirà a completare con una buona frequenza le missioni con i premi maggiori della prima zona di gioco (Home Town) se si affiderà alla fortuna e ai FANS temporanei.

Per aumentare in modo permanente il numero dei FANS è necessario acquistare delle carte (NFT) dal mercato di Rising Star.
Rising Star oltre ad essere un gioco Free to Play è anche un gioco basato su NFT e ci sono tante carte utili ad aumentare il numero dei FANS.

Le carte di Rising Star possono avere fino ad un massimo di quattro dei seguenti attributi:

• FANS
• SKILL
• LUCK
• IM

Per aumentare il numero dei FANS è sufficiente acquistare una o più carte che hanno l'attributo FANS maggiore di 0.

Ad esempio la carta R4 Female Rapper ha i seguenti attributi:

• FANS: 50
• SKILL: 200
• LUCK: 4
• IM: 3

L'acquisto di questa carta permette di aumentare il numero dei FANS di 50 unità in modo permanente.

Quali carte conviene acquistare?

Come scegliere le migliori carte da comprare per aumentare il numero dei FANS (tenendo conto anche del fattore EGO)

Nel gioco di Rising Star le carte che hanno l'attributo FANS maggiore di 0 sono di quattro tipologie diverse:

• carte People (non tutte ma solo un sottoinsieme di queste carte)
• carte Vehicles
• carte Boosters (le carte Fan Boost)
• carte Festival

Nel gioco di Rising Star c'è un elemento importante da considerare sempre: l'EGO.
L'EGO è un elemento che se non neutralizzato (EGO = 0) produce una diminuzione del premio massimo di tutte le missioni.

L'acquisto di una carta che ha il valore dell'attributo FANS maggiore del valore dell'attributo SKILL produce un aumento del valore dell'EGO.

Per aumentare il numero dei FANS senza far aumentare anche il valore dell'EGO io consiglio di acquistare solo carte di tipo People che hanno il valore dell'attributo FANS inferiore o uguale al valore dell'attributo SKILL.

Le carte di Rising Star che soddisfano la condizione FANS <= SKILL sono in totale 78.

Il rapporto FANS/HIVE e il rapporto FANS/$

Quando devo aumentare il numero dei miei FANS acquisto le carte che hanno il miglior rapporto FANS/HIVE (o FANS/$).

Il rapporto FANS/HIVE indica quanti FANS ottengo per ogni token HIVE speso nell'acquisto di una carta che ha l'attributo FANS > 0.

Il rapporto FANS/$ indica quanti FANS ottengo per ogni dollaro speso nell'acquisto di una carta che ha l'attributo FANS > 0.

La carta migliore da comprare sarà quella che avrà il valore del rapporto FANS/HIVE più alto.

E' sufficiente calcolare uno soltanto tra i due rapporti e il più facile da calcolare è il rapporto FANS/HIVE.

Per calcolare il rapporto FANS/HIVE e il rapporto FANS/$ mi sono costruito un semplice foglio di calcolo.

Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere tutte le carte in vendita sul mercato di Rising Star e i valori del rapporto FANS/HIVE e i valori del rapporto FANS/$ in relazione ai due prezzi presenti sul mercato per ogni carta:

• prezzo in SWAP.HIVE
• prezzo in STARBITS

Oggi 15 gennaio 2021 il miglior acquisto possibile è la carta R131 Star Child che ha il valore del rapporto FANS/HIVE più alto (146.00) se acquistata utilizzando come metodo di pagamento i token STARBITS.

I miei acquisti

Io al momento ho un numero di FANS fissi uguale a 2169 ma ho bisogno di un numero totale di 3000 FANS per poter svolgere la missione Full Band Headline della zona County Tour.

Dopo l'acquisto sono andato nelle sezione "Your Collection" di Rising Star e ho cliccato su "CLICK HERE" per aggiungere le carte acquistate alla mia collezione di carte.
Questa operazione è necessaria ogni volta che acquisti una carta o apri un pacco di carte di Rising Star.

Dopo il mio acquisto ho aggiornato la tabella e se anche tu, caro lettore, hai bisogno di aumentare il numero dei tuoi FANS puoi acquistare le carte indicate nell'immagine seguente ;)

Come calcolare il rapporto FANS/HIVE e il rapporto FANS/$

Se vuoi calcolare anche tu il rapporto FANS/$ e il rapporto FANS/HIVE hai bisogno dei seguenti dati di input:

• il valore in HIVE dei token STARBITS
• il valore in $ dei token HIVE
• il valore dei token STARBITS in dollari e in HIVE
  
• il valore di mercato delle carte di Rising Star (STARBITS e SWAP.HIVE)
  

Poi devi solo inserire delle semplici formule nel tuo foglio di calcolo.
