Lately, there is a girl who wants to move to my department, and she found a person as middleman and asked me to meet yesterday.
最近，公司内部，有个女生想调岗来我这边，之前找了中间人引荐，昨天约我见一面

Our conversation lasted about half and hour; I asked what specific jobs you wanted to take care? She said operation, training, etc, just want to change the working environment…
后来全程就这样的状态， 大概聊了半个小时。表达中，我问她，你具体想做什么工作？他说运营呀，培训辅导啊之类的，总之想换个环境
I told her to say in more details, she said better don’t take trip too often, no need to over time working, her previous department needs to over time working too much that make her want to move, then she moved to current department. But current department is too relax and she doesn’t want to waste time on that, and now thinking about to move again…
我说那工作节奏呢？他说不要太多出差，不要太多加班，原本上一次调岗就是因为加班太多，太辛苦，身体不好了，才换到现在，现在的工作又太“躺了”自己不想混日子，所以想再调岗
I tried to confirm her is she really wants to move, and if her department head notices that? She said nope, and she’s still hesitating, blah blah blah
我说那你又想清楚确实要调岗么，你的现任领导知道么？她说还没有，还在犹豫，包括问到她上一份公司做什么，他说一个不大的公司，已经倒闭了，就不说了。大概这样，断断续续聊了一会，就结束了
It’s a sensitive topic for people trying to get in touch with the people from other department before you take action to move, you probably ruin your career in that place if you make any mistake.
