Inside the Lava cave - Photography by LightCaptured
I still remember the feeling of realizing I stand in the middle of, what was long ago, a river of streaming lava.
All these photographs of mine are long exposures, I spent quite some time here in this lava cave in Iceland, "playing" with exposure times and people passing by.
That cave was discovered when its ceiling collapsed after an earthquake.
Just imagine the real forces of our planet... A river of underground lava, just a couple of meters beneath the surface of the Earth...
