I almost always shoot in RAW but still, the preview screen of my camera is in B&W so I better see the exposure and focus on composition and don't get distracted by the colors :)

That’s a great way of doing it. I heard there was a camera that actually only shoots black and white, a digital and don’t know if that was true or not.

Too bloody expensive but the quality of the photos is amazing...
I can imagine it being an absolute dream to use.
