Travel with LightCaptured - I didn't have enough time but I had enough desire and my camera

Hi!

That would be a great travel question - how much time is it necessary to properly explore a city? I can't tell how this works for everyone; for myself though, time is never enough :)

Moreover, when the city if called Copenhagen and is the capital city of one of the European countries - Denmark, time is always less than enough.

I didn't have a full day there, only one afternoon and one night. So I did some research before deciding where to go, so I see and experience more of the beauties of the city.

Considering the short time, I set two goal - walk the streets in the old district and go to the highest publicly available point so I see the city from above.

Did I manage to cover up for my goals? You tell me!

But first thing first, it was a very cold day with strong winds so I had to share a glass of wine with a friend, or two ;)

Mission accomplished, now walk quickly to the Round Tower, an old observation facility build centuries ago with a paved spiral path inside it so horses and chariots bring the royal highnesses to the top ;)

I am sure they enjoyed the views from above, for hours.
Meeting the sunset would be amazing up there, right?

An European big city always has something unique and interesting to offer:

Perspectives from above and perspectives from below, telling visual stories:

Plenty of amazing bell towers:

Street life too...

But you never have to forget about time and the fact it constantly runs...

Art, however, is for ever.

So why don't build your home in a unique way so it could be distinguished from far away?

The view from that private tower is amazing, I would bet on that!

Even the municipality building has a lot to tell. Full of stories not only from inside, from outside as well.

The famous Tivoli with another creative piece of architectural art behind.

Even pigeons create and appreciate art.

What more would I like by a city that ends the day in such warm and welcoming way...

Thanking you for your time, if you got reading down to this point and for the opportunity to be there, and, of course to my camera for the memories ever since :)

A beautiful city. I would like to wander there with a camera, but one day is clearly not enough.
How deep post-processing did you do for these photos?

Cheers and !BEER
