It is great to see this exposition of Brabeck's comments on water, in the context of institutional control of resources relative to natural living ecosystemic control. People are a part of the global ecosystems we live in, although most people today live in environments that are extremely modified and institutionally controlled such that everything they see, hear, and think about is carefully delivered to them by institutions.

Even a people living in a sealed off dome are dependent on natural ecosystems for their vital resources, such as air, water, and food, despite the actual delivery of those resources being effected by mechanisms made by people. When I was a child raised on an island in Alaska hunting, fishing, and foraging for my daily meal, I viscerally understood the ecosystem I depended on to be something I also contributed to. When I breathed out the trees and moss breathed in, and what I breathed in they breathed out. What I peed out they drank in with their roots, and the water I sipped from the creeks they had filtered through their roots. The fish and deer I ate were fed and nurtured by the leaves and fruits of the forests, filtered through the living insects that fed the salmon smolts, that my poop fertilized. It was impossible to miss, absolutely obvious that I was a vital part of that ecosystem, as much as bear, eagle, or salmon, participating in the cycling of nutrients as I made my living and the moss, trees, and bushes made theirs.

But people raised in cities don't shoot deer to get their steaks and burgers, don't pull salmon from the ocean for their fish and chips, and don't drink from freshets on craggy mountains where they can feel the exhalations of the forest on their faces as they breathe it in. They learn food comes on plastic trays in the cafeteria at school, the air comes in through vents on the classroom wall, and all the things they consume and excrete come through devices made by people. People that work in institutional networks.

These institutional networks are nominally discrete corporations, the governments, power companies, and TV stations all are run by different people, and say different things to advance their particular institution. But at the level of ownership, there is a megacorporation that has a majority interest in every corporation, that controls every institution, every government, NGO, and book club on Earth. These extremely wealthy owners of stocks (psychopaths almost exclusively, because looking at people as objects facilitates making money from them) have carefully considered the networks of institutions that control humanity for generations, for centuries, even perhaps millenia, because wealth is maintained in families and psychopathy is genetic.

As scientific understanding of physics, biology, electrical engineering, and every science has advanced, the owners of the majority of stocks of corporations have been the first recipients of that understanding. They have assiduously paid scientists to research things because knowing how to do stuff cheaper, faster, and better enables them to profit more, to increase how much they own, and grants them more control.

Of course, psychology has been one of their primary interests, because ownership of the majority of wealth in the world is primarily possible because of manipulating people psychologically. Whether from affection or from terror, people can be convinced not to compete, and that enables psychopaths to win. For many generations such control has been increased, as the filter through which most people see the world is increasingly artificial, man made, and what they learn about the world is delivered to them by writers explaining things according to the dictates of their paymasters.

Much of what is known publicly about psychology is of little import to these owners of the corporations of the world, because that which is most useful to them is kept for their eyes alone. They pay for research privately and keep the results private. Not all science is public, funded through foundations, governments, or academia for public consumption. Not only secret military weapons are funded in secret. What psychological esoterica may be known to the gnomes of Zurich can only be speculated about, but there are glimpses of control mechanisms that have become public, such as the patents of Hendricus G. Loos back in the 90s, regarding how screen flicker rates can influence human emotions and thoughts. Jose Delgado put a chip in the brain of a bull in the 60s that enabled him to turn off a charging bull with a button on a remote control. These are only glances askance at the control technology that is fully operational and used by psychopaths who own most of the wealth on Earth, the stockholders of BlackRock, Vanguard, and StateStreet (each of which also invests in the others, creating what is basically one megacorporation that owns a majority interest in 90% of the stock corporations in the world).

The messaging, the rhetoric from the people working for corporations, like Brabeck, or for governments, like Bidet, or NGOs, like Tedros of the WHO, or Bill Gates of GAVI, are all carefully coordinated from the viewpoint of the majority stockholders. They don't want me and you to understand what is really going on, because then we can't actually compete with what the stockholders are really doing. They want us to be limited to perspectives on this or that level, from our local school board, to stock investing, to politics. They don't want us to perceive - at all - that there is a coordination of these missalignments of messaging across the levels of institutional control mechanisms that enables concealment of ultimate purpose. Keeping such ultimate purpose covert prevents actual efforts to oppose it. No one opposes something they don't even know about.

So, we think pharmaceutical companies horrible profiteers that corrupt otherwise virtuous government, or schools turn out good corporate employees for McDonalds, or brutal military forces crush benign democracies for corrupt capitalists, independently of each the other. It is difficult to peer through the lies of any one layer of institutional control, much more so to pierce through several layers of obfuscation to even suspect some coordination.

But 90% of the corporations of the world are owned by a small group of investors, whose families have had such wealth for multiple generations, and have bodies of scientific knowledge of psychology they have privately paid for and use to layer messaging, to effect institutional control of humanity, and the world, through myriad layers of institutions, across thousands of corporations and governments, with armies of psychologists, speech writers, and marketing managers.

As scientific reach has increased, so (((they))) have increased their grasp on us all. It's not America that runs the world, or Nestle, or the West. Governments, corporations, and institutions of every kind, in particular academia, because we have all been through school for the express purpose of teaching us what to think, and nothing more controls what we do, are all carefully coordinated to craft our thinking, to split us into groups that can be pitted against one another, to aim us at some institutional level or another, but keep us from seeing the whole at all costs.

We are living parts of the ecosystems of Earth, an aspect of the one terrestrial life form that exists, from which every living cell on Earth has descended in an unbroken chain of living cells for ~4 billion years. Every tree, every slug, and every person on Earth, no less than every other living creature, are all one life, each the present form of an unbroken chain of living cells descended from that primordial cell that first survived to reproduce.

We are one with all living things, in a very real and almost completely unknown sense. While it is difficult for us to realize the very numerous and deceitful ways we have been tricked, mostly to pit us against each other, it is possible to do. When we do realize we have been lied to so that these majority investors can keep us tricked, can keep us from realistically competing with them for power, we can realize that working together can enable us to defeat evil psychopaths with relative ease.

They're really not that much smarter than us. They've mostly got a head start, lots of money (so much money that it's really meaningless), and they do not care at all about being good or evil. They only care about being in power. As a whole we can brush them off like ants off a picnic table. We just have to realize we're all in this together, we're all one living, breathing, life. We're not corporations, governments, and institutions. We're alive.

We're going to come around to this realization. Trauma and hardship cut through the blinders pretty fast, and once the lies are dispensed with the truth that we're being controlled is fairly obvious. As decentralization of the means of production of the blessings of civilization continue to develop and disperse, the control mechanisms of institutions are starved to death. These investors can only parasitize collective production through various institutional mechanisms. Individual people, households, and small communities themselves producing the goods and services they need to bless themselves and their neighbors with the glorious powers of civilization do not enable parasitism. They keep all the wealth they produce themselves, and do not enable corporate profits, middlemen, or taxable events to extract part of the value of their production.

Decentralization completely eliminates the parasitic power of centralization, of collectivism, of politics, corporate wealth and institutional power. Decentralization is freedom, prosperity, and felicity in a very real sense. We don't have to peer through the multiple veils of secrets, lies, and complexity that are our real chains.

We just have to seize the means of production and keep our products to those we serve.

The laws of physics themselves oppose the evil psychopaths, cabals, and corporate profiteers seeking to enslave us, or destroy us, all. We, those of us lucky enough to be smart, capable, and take action while we can, will win. Not all of us.

Not everyone will survive, but enough of us will that we will win, in the end.

Seize the day. Seize the means of production suitable to your personal circumstances, and defeat the masters of the universe, those that think themselves the only people that matter. That's all it takes, is to be a productive, good member of society, of your local community, that work together to provide themselves their food, water, and educate their own kids.
