Good friends of HiveGarden, first of all many greetings and good Sunday to all. I am writing to you today in this community for the first time because I want to tell you how we managed to have these beautiful bouquets of pale pink Roses at home.

I must start by clarifying that I live in Cuba, a tropical country, so it is difficult for this type of flower to grow easily, since Roses are typical of countries with low temperatures. Besides, I live in the center of Havana, there are gardens, but since roses give so much work, hardly anyone plants them. They are so hard to get that my son who is 25 years old only saw them in a nursery he went to when he was 12 years old, he had never seen the plant that produces roses. My brother, who heard him say that, showed up at the house with a rose stem given to him by a friend who lives on the outskirts of the city.

Debo empezar aclarando que vivo en Cuba, un país tropical, por lo que es difícil que este tipo de flor crezca con facilidad, ya que las Rosas son propias de países con bajas temperaturas. Además yo vivo en el centro de la Habana, hay jardines , pero como las rosas dan tanto trabajo casi nadie las planta. Son tan difíciles de conseguir que mi hijo que tiene 25 años solo las vio en un vivero al que fue cuando tenía 12 años, nunca había visto la planta que produce rosas. Mi hermano, que lo escuchó decir eso, se presentó en la casa con un tallo de rosa que le regaló un amigo que vive en las afueras de la ciudad.

Al mes de tener la planta comenzaron a brotar los botones para y fue cuando me llené de alegría y a los dos o tres días se abrió la primera Rosita. Tengo que aclarar que no es una planta de rosas grandes, esta planta es de Rositas pequeñas con un color rosa tenue muy bonito, le da un aire de delicadeza.

The plant has already been giving beautiful Rositas for more than a week, as you can see.
