Hello my greetings to all of you and may you make the most of this day and always with joy and desire to work, this time my wife and I are very excited to write for the first time in this beautiful community, full of talented writers, we wanted to share with you a story and the theme is "Emilio and his dog Pinto" this is a story of 2 friends, but it is not about the friendship between 2 people, rather it is about a boy named Emilio and his little dog named Pinto.

This cheerful and funny boy and his tender and playful dog loved each other so much that they never left each other's side, wherever Emilio went he took his Pinto with him. But there was a problem, Emilio had to start going to school and then the parents did not know what to do because Emilio loved his dog so much, so they had to convince the boy that he could not take Pinto to school, Emilio was not very happy because he always wanted Pinto near him and his parents did not know what to do to make it happen, after all Pinto had been his only friend.

These loving parents made a proposal to Emilio, they promised him that Pinto would always accompany them when they took him to school, but in order for them not to get lost on the way home, they told him that they required Pinto to accompany them back and show them the way back to school again to look for Emilio, He agreed and had no problem staying at school, he could not allow his beloved parents to get lost, later he would tell all the children at school that he had a little dog "my Pinto who comes looking for me" and was always on the lookout for his arrival.

Time went by and as Pinto grew up he became stronger and more mischievous, he wanted to bite everything in the house, shoes, clothes, toys, he broke chairs and furniture. Emilio's parents did not know what to do with Pinto, so one day they told Emilio that they were going to lend their dog Pinto to a friend who was very lonely to take care of her, but it turned out that it was not like that, these desperate parents had given the dog to a man who had a big house and could keep him in the garden of his house, since Emilio and his family lived in a small apartment, which was too small for Pinto, who was huge.

At the beginning Emilio accepted, because he knew he had to share and that sad friend needed him, but later he missed his little friend Pinto and he didn't even want to go to school, he didn't want to eat anything either, although his parents told them that he could get sick, he insisted that they bring him his little dog, but the moment didn't come because Emilio's parents didn't know where the man to whom he had given Emilio's little dog lived. Once when they went out for a walk in the country, to distract Emilio, they saw the man and then, desperate, they told him about Emilio and his dog's situation.

To their surprise, the man told them that the puppy had been lost since the very day he had arrived home and at that time 6 months had already passed, Emilio's parents could no longer do what they thought, which was to ask for Pinto the puppy back so that their son could go back to being like before, a happy and joyful child when he had his faithful friend with him.

Then time went by and Emilio continued growing up without knowing more and more about his pet, sad and missing him more and more, but one day while walking around the city, when Emilio was 11 years old, he went out with his parents to buy some books and notebooks to start a new year of classes, He saw in the distance a man who was sitting on a sidewalk with a sack full of plastic bottles, he had next to him a dog very similar to his dog Pinto because he had precisely the same stains for which he had given him the name Pinto, and he was so happy that he gave him a shout calling him by his name.

The dog came out to meet him because if Pinto and still remembered him, Emilio was very happy hugging his dog and did not care that he was dirty and dirty because he was in the street, but we can see the affection that can be had or get to see between a child and a pet.

We as parents have to reflect on this case and learn how we can without wanting to hurt our child if we give him something, in this case a pet, let's do our best to always have it by his side and we also take care of it because there are many people who do not love animals, let's remember that they are very important and that we have to love them and even more when they are in our home and that they are company for our children, if we do not treat them well, why do we take them home?

There are many stories like this some end well, but most end up with many animals abandoned because once they have it at home they abandon them and begin to suffer in the street and as in the case of Emilio, many children suffer for their pets, we hope you liked this story and we can do our best to see this situation of children and their pets with more humanity and more affection says goodbye to you your friends @liliayjuvenal.

What a sweet story. I'm so glad Emilio and Pinto were reunited. And maybe Pinto will have calmed down by that time and won't tear up the house anymore!

Welcome to The Ink Well. Looking forward to more of your stories.
