​Cuando las palabras pesan. | When words weigh. [ESP - ENG]

​Las palabras tienen su propia gravedad; no se las lleva el viento, sino que se quedan suspendidas en el aire, ganando densidad hasta encontrar un lugar donde aterrizar. Es en esa permanencia donde descubrimos su verdadero impacto, una dualidad constante donde el lenguaje puede ser tanto el plomo que hunde como el suelo firme que sostiene.

Por un lado, existe un peso que se siente en el pecho como una carga invisible: esa frase hiriente o esa crítica destructiva que nos dijeron hace años y que, a veces, seguimos cargando en silencio como un equipaje ajeno que nos resta fuerzas. En el reflejo de esa misma realidad, nos toca mirar hacia adentro y reconocer cuántas veces hemos lanzado palabras al aire sin medir su gravedad, olvidando que un comentario dicho a la ligera puede romper la confianza o el día de otra persona.

Sin embargo, cuando las palabras pesan, no siempre es para herir; existe también una solidez hermosa que nos rescata. Hay palabras que pesan porque están llenas de verdad, empatía y amor puro: es el peso reconfortante de un "estoy aquí contigo" en medio de la tormenta, la fuerza de un "creo en ti" cuando dudamos de nuestras propias capacidades, o la sanación de un "lo siento" sincero que repara los cristales rotos del alma.

​Esas palabras no aplastan, sino que nos dan raíces, se transforman en refugio y nos recuerdan que el mismo idioma que tiene el poder de debilitar, posee también la maravillosa facultad de levantarnos y hacernos crecer.
